I pulled up at my new house on Tuesday afternoon because it had just finished being un-privacy-ised. I had to stay with Max for half a week, and I mean I love the guy, but his always on his cell phone, al-freaking-ways.

"You can only fit two cars in your garage, so you'll have to chose, and I'll put the others in the storage unit," Max told me as I stepped out.

This neighbour hood looked very familiar, like I had visited someone on this street. Eh, I'm probably going crazy.

"The school dorms are just down that road and as you can see the park is opposite you," he pointed out.

"How many bedrooms?"

"Two, but there's also a study and a games room which can be converted," he told me.

"Why is everything I own not ground levelled?"

"Your grandfather had said it felt like he was closer to the stars," Max mumbled quietly and we both looked up at the slightly darkening sky.

I sighed, "I wish I knew him."

"He was a great man, not just in industry wise, but he was also charitable and kind hearted," he smiled probably recalling the memory.

"Hey Max? Can I ask you a question, you don't have to answer it though."

"What is it?"

"How did my grandfather hire you?"

"He was best friends with my father, and I was kind of a deadbeat who had just got out of collage and believed I would surf through life. My father passed away when I was twenty and I realised that I had nothing, he had left everything to charity. Your grandpa took me under his wind and offered me a position. I gladly accepted and now I'm here," he shrugged at the end and we started actually walking towards the front door.

He slid a key into the lock and pushed the door open before leading me down a white tiled hallway.

"This is nice," I said as we looked around.

The house was tiled throughout and the furniture was all sleek and modern, the two bedrooms were very big and both fit king beds in them along with desks dresses and all the rest of stuff you usually put in them.

"Which cars would you like me to bring over?" Max asked when we had stopped back in the lounge room.

I sat on the arm of one of the chocolate couches and look at him, "The Lexus and the Shelby mustang, those two in my garage an my bike just in the drive way."

"I'll get right on that," he smiled, "And I'm going to leave you to get settled in now."

"Thanks Max, for everything."

And here comes the boredom.

Wednesday.

I slipped on my helmet before slinging my bag over my back. Why I had decided to ride my bike today? I still have no idea, probably laziness.

I don't think I thought of my head though. Wearing the helmet hurt the gash that was still healing.

Getting on the Ducati bike I pulled away from my house and towards school. I wasn't going to bother going early, there was no point in keeping under the raider.

I had about five minutes until I had to get to class when I arrived at school. Looks were shot my way and murmurs started but I ignored them building my walls back up.

Justin had also advised that I keep my distance from everyone incase it angered the person even more and they went after them.

I swapped my helmet for my beanie considering I was still wary of people seeing the cut. That was something I was definitely keeping to myself.
