Chat noir panted heavily, trying to keep up with Ladybug as he ran as fast as he could.

He could feel energy drain from his body more and more by every second. They were on a night patrol, searching the city for any signs of crime or akumas.

He stopped running for a moment to catch his breath and make the dizziness go away.

However, the black dots covering his blury vision wouldn't disapear, no matter how many times he blinked his eyes.

When Ladybug couldn't hear the sound of his boots clacking against the rooftops as he ran, she stopped running as well, looking back.

She saw his figure a good thirty feet away, hands on his knees and leaning over, making him look like there was something wrong.

Ladybug pursed her lips at the sight. She wasn't dumb. She had realized his strange behavior over the past week.

He wasn't himself. No jokes, no puns, no flirting. She wouldn't admit it to him, but secretly, she liked the attention he always gave her, even if she believed his feelings for her weren't real.

Not only his behavior had changed, but he was also weaker. She had noticed how drained and tired he had been while fighting akumas.

He barely dodged the attacks in time, and she sometimes had to save his tail. However, this was new.

Tonight, she had noticed he looked paler than usual and his hair was messier. Not only his hair, but he also looked like a mess himself.

She shook her head to snap out of her thoughts and ran back towards him.

Ladybug gently put her hand on his arm and leaned down so she could see his face.

He had his eyes closed, and didn't show anything after the touch of her hand on his arm, as if he hadn't felt it.

"Chat noir," She called his name. When he didn't reply, she began getting worried.

"Chat? Chat!"

His eyes shot wide open when she shook his shoulders in her grasp.

"What's wrong?" She said, voice laced with actuall concern.

Chat noir stood up straight after a lot of struggling, feeling a wave of nausea rush over him. No, he definitly wasn't okay.

"I'm fine Ladybug," He said, smiling at her weakly. He then got his arm out of her grasp and ran forward, leaving her behind. He definitly is lying.

She gritted her teeth. You can't lie to me, Chat noir!

Ladybug quickly caught up with him, holding his arm in a tight grip.

"Chat, answer me!" She said. "What is wrong with you? You don't look so good,"

She hesitantly put a hand to his forehead to feel his temperature. His eyes went wide as he watched her touch his forehead.

She gasped softly at the contact. "You're freezing, Chat noir!" She said with worry. "Are you sick?"

He let out a sigh. "Nah, I'm feline purrfect Bugaboo,"

Ladybug narrowed her eyes at him as he faked a smile on his lips. She knew those puns were just to make her feel better.

"Chat, you're definitly not fine," She said. "You're ill, aren't you? Did something happen to you?"

He gritted his teeth. "No, I'm not sick," He lied. "I-I'm okay. Just a little change in eating,"

Eventhough he had mumbled the last part, but she understood a few words. Just a little change in what? Ugh, I didn't get the last part.
