This is a book written by Peter, Tony, and Stephen.

Step One: Do not sleep.

Step Two: When sleepy eat. If you eat when you're sleepy then you won't be as sleepy due to your stomach breaking up the foods so you can use the bathroom.

Step three: Drink cold drinks. I prefer Iced Water.

Step four: Don't lay down.

Step Five: You could drink coffee if you want.

Step Six: Walk around or exercise.

Step Seven: Lay on the ground where it's colder and not comfortable and roll around.

Step eight: Repeat the steps above.
