Guys! I will be answering any questions you have about myself or the book, in the next chapter, so ask away!

I will answer as many as possible, so ask as many as you want!

If we have enough questions, I may double update!

The choice is yours!

Adeline Santiago's POV

We are 8 weeks into the pregnancy and poor Matéo has been running around like a mad man trying to get everything done.

He has put me on gang prohibition until the baby is old enough, for what exactly, I don't know and he wants me to me safe at all times.

He has cleared out his beloved home office and moved into a smaller room in order to make the perfect nursery for our baby.

He has also hired some staff so that I don't 'move around too much' trying to cook and clean or anything that makes me move vigorously.

I love him, but I'm not allowed to do anything!

It's all for the best anyway...

And to make matters worse...

We restart school tomorrow.

I mean, a baby is not easy to hide at all!

I look into the mirror and rub my hand over my stomach, feeling the small bump.

What will people say?

Will they just think I put on weight during the couple of weeks?

What will my friends say?

"Amore?" I hear Matéo say.

I turn away from the mirror and face him.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Yes, Matéo I'm fine. Just getting ready for school tomorrow" I respond, turning back to the mirror.

He walks up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist.

"Okay, now what's the truthful version?" He asks me.

I sigh.

"Do you think I'm getting fat?" I ask, rubbing my stomach again.

He frowns at me.

"Ade, you're pregnant. If you didn't gain weight, I would be very concerned" he says.

"No, you're not fat, you're pregnant and you are dealing with the side effects"

"Are you sure?" I ask, staring at my figure.

I smooth my hands over my hips and butt.

Matéo grabs my hands and spins me to face him.

"Baby, what's gotten into you? Are you okay?" He asks.

I raise an eyebrow at him.

"Do you want me to answer that sensibly?" I ask him.

He shakes his head at my back talk.

He holds my waist and pulls me closer to him.

"I just don't feel like I'm pretty... At all" I tell him, softly, looking away from the mirror.

These pregnancy hormones need to take a break.

Why the hell am I so emotional!

"Take it back" Matéo orders.
