The Drawing Book:

I sat up on the Survey Corps HQ doodling away. When I draw, I like to be away from people. They always bug me to see what I'm doing. I never show them because I'm way too self conscious. What if they don't like it? What if they judge me? Those thoughts were daily in my head. But I liked my drawings... So I guess that's all that matters.

"Hey Sarah, what are you doing up here?" I looked to see Jean.

"Oh uh nothing." I shut my drawing book.

"You were drawing.... How come you never show anyone?"

"I-uh"

"Why? Stop stuttering."

"I feel self conscious..."

"I bet you they're great."

"T-thanks I guess..."

"Can I ask you something."

"Go ahead."

"If a guy were to ask you out, would you show them the drawings?"

"Probably."

"Well then Sarah... Be my girlfriend?"

"Jean... I'd like that." He pressed his lips to mine.

"Now the drawings!" He snatched it away.

"Holy crap these are great!!! A lot of flowers and sunsets... And this ones of me!"

"What?"

"It's a horse..."

"Oh ya I was bored so I sat in the stables and drew."

"I bet you were thinking of me." He winked. I blushed.

"If you wanna believe that sure."

"I'm gonna show these to everyone!"

"No!!!"

Jean sprinted down the hill towards the dining hall where everyone was waiting. Everyone knew they liked each other so why not have a little push... Everyone wanted to see these drawings. Even Levi and Erwin. And they were all about to. Even though there was nothing extra-ordinary. Except for her amazing talent at making things be brought to life on paper.
