Emily's POV*
After thinking about my decision for what felt like hours I fully drifted off to sleep, not caring that I'm still in my clothes.
My sleep was cut short by a loud slam of a door and lots of profanities coming from Madisons mouth.
I small chuckle left my lips as I attempted to open my eyes.
I felt the bed move and a deep sigh. "Hey Mads" I said sitting up onto my elbows.
"Oh your awake" she said yawning.
"Well yeah, your not the smoothest sneaking back into the room at night" I said laughing lightly.
Her lips made a 'o' shape. "Right" She said chuckling.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" She asked me and I immediately knew exactly what she was talking about.
I sighed. "Not really. I-I broke it off with Gray" I said as a tear fell down on my cheek.
"Oh Em" Maddie said as she wrapped her arms around me. I hugged her back, letting the tears fall down my face.
"Do you think you did the right thing?" She asked me softly.
"I-I don't know" I said truthfully.
She nodded her head and gave me another hug.
"We'll talk about this tomorrow, okay? Get some rest" she said.
I nodded my head and lied back down on the uncomfortable bed slowly drifting off to sleep.

"Rise and shine!" Maddie yelled in my ear.
I groaned and rolled my body so I was laying on my stomach only to be shaked.
"Maddie stop" I groaned.
She laughed. "I'm going to Ethan's, wanna come?" She asked.
I rolled back over and gave her a 'really' look. "Mads if I go to Ethan's, Grayson will be there. And I sure as hell don't wanna see him right now" I said to her.
"Oh. Yeah" she said and I rolled my eyes. "Well I'm going now, text if ya need me" she said and made her way out the door.
I rolled out of the bed and checked my phone. The time read 10:40am.
Shit! I have work in 20 minutes. "Fuck" I said and ran towards the bathroom.
I quickly brushed my teeth and brushed my long brown hair and tied it messily into a ponytail.
I threw on my work clothes and grabbed my phone off the bed and noticed Maddie had also left her phone on the bed too. Typical.
I'll just bring it to her when I'm on break.
I slipped on my vans and quickly made my way to work.

"That will be 4.75$" I said with a fake smile.
The man handed me the money and I handed him his food. "Enjoy and have a nice day" I said even faker.
"Well well well. Long time no see girl" a voice said from behind the counter.
I looked up revealing Simon standing there with a cheeky smile playing on his lips.
I rolled my eyes playfully. "Hey Si" I said.
"How's you and lover boy" He asked me making my breathing hitch.
"Honestly, not so good. But I'll tell you after work, we can hang out" I said and he nodded his head.
