In late January I spotted a star
But this star was bigger than the others near and far
Not soon after did I note what this star was truly
No, this star was Jupiter glowing brightly
Surrounding it were its five biggest moons
And only accidentally I spotted Jupiter that late noon
The moons formed a circle around Jupiter
Which was a ball of glowing light or a ball getting dimmer
But never will I forget this sighting
Of the star that was more than a light glowing
-Jupiter and five moons January 22,2013
