Jazmine

Today I go back to school and I'm not excited at all. But I have something to look forward to when I leave today. As soon as I got home last night, the guy from the pizza place started texting me and we actually hit it off. His name is Taelyn and he's a junior at Milennium High, they're my high schools rival. He's even on the football team.

"Aw my baby finally decided to come to school." Quint said as I walked to my locker.

"Boy don't even. I was gone the whole week and I haven't received a text from you since the night of the party that YOU decied to go to." I said opening my locker.

"Come on bae don't be like that. I was just a little busy." He said wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my shoulder. I closed my eyes and began thinking about Elijah. I immediatrely opened them realizing that Quint woud never amount to Elijah and what him and I had.

"Get off me please." I said instantly becoming sad. I really miss Elijah, the last thing we told each other in person was that we loved each other. I closed my locker and walked to the girls bathroom. I just knew that coming to school today was a bad idea, my face started to get hot because I wanted to cry.

When I walked into the restroom I immediately saw Raegan standing in the mirror with her two friends, Danielle and Chelsea. I rolled my eyes and was making my way to the handicap stall until Raegan stepped in front of me.

"You think you're so big and bad just because you went to Chicago after middle school.." She said crossing her arms over her chest.

"Correction I know I'm bad and I suggest you step the fuck out my way before I fuck all three of yall asses up." I said trying to get past her bust she wouldn't move which caused me to sigh.

"You weren't even born in Chicago. You not tough, you just a New York baby. Like the rest of us. Plus my dad knows gang bangers so that makes me a hood bitch."

"Well news flash bitch... I am a gang banger. My dad WAS a drug lord and my entire family runs New York AND Chicago. So like I said stay the fuck away from me because you don't want no smoke." I said pushing all three of them out my way so I could go pee.

"Are you sure this is a good idea Breyden?" I asked Breyden as he pulled the colorful roses and the chocolates he bought Jazmine out of his locker.

I guess you could say Breyden and I are friends. Him and I have gotten close since I have a class with him and sit right next to him. He told me what happened to him and middle school and I understand why he did what he did. But, Jazmine is really not fucking with him which I also understand too. She should still give him a chance to explain.

As the bell rang to let us know school was over Jazmine came around the corner on the phone looking so happy.

"I'm on my way! Shut up..." She said smiling and waved at me. She didn't bother to stop either, Breyden shook his head about to put the gifts back into his locker when Raegan walked up with her two homegirls.

"Aw babe you got me colorful flowers???" She asked and Bryeden gave mugged her. "What?"

"Raegan I dont know how many times I have to tell you that we are not together. I don't like you and never did. The only reason I fucked with you was because you was easy. But ever since you bullied Jazmine in middle school I never liked you. So bounce, get the fuck out my face." She scoffed and walked off. I chuckled causing her to turn back around and walk towards me.
