Confirmed! In my mind, I'm dancing like I just won the lottery.

"Yeah, he was a very good person. I think I was his favorite grandson."

Wait, did he say WAS? Why past tense? Did something happen to Reuben?

"Im confused. What do you mean was?"

"Was because he passed away."

Oh no! Why? He didn't even get to see grandson and me tie the knot. How come Mama never called? Reuben was always so nice to me.

"What's wrong?"

Nick notice my watery eyes. I'm about to cry.

"I'm so sorry. He was such a good man." with a trembling voice. Then tears begin to fall.

"You knew him?" he asks with a confused look.

"How come I never saw you at his funeral 5 years ago?" he added.

"5 years ago? I'm confused."

"And how come you pronounce it as Reuben? His name is Robin."

That was embarassing.

"By the way, how did you know him?"

"Never mind. I mistaken him from someone I know."

He laughs while I blush of embarrassment.

"Can you do me a favor, can we forget this happened?" I ask while I feel like I'm as red as a tomato.

He smiles while he nods. "You're weird."

While I'm walking to my next class. Nick is not Nicky. So I'm still stuck in this marriage mess? And that scene earlier,

"That was so embarassing." I whisper to myself.

"What's embarrassing?" Rachel appeared out of nowhere.

"Where did you come from?"

"From my father then I swam to my mother then voila! A beautiful blonde is here in front of you."

"Now, what's embarrassing?" she added.

I tell her what happened during lunch. Then I explained about the whole arrange marriage thing. She laugh so hard of my embarassment earlier. And laugh.

Then she laughs louder.

"Are you done laughing?" I ask sarcastically.

"I'm sorry. That was not funny." she stops laughing.

"Obviously."

"Hey, I got an idea. Why don't you make this Nick guy your boyfriend so you can escape your grandfather's arrangement?"

Hmmm, not a bad idea. But how?

"I got to go now. My boyfriend is waiting for me." she kisses my cheek before leaving.

How can I let Nick fall for me?

Where is he? I've been looking everywhere! I walk towards the school gym thinking maybe he will be there. Since it's the only place I haven't checked yet.

"Hey umbrella!"

I see Cole running towards me with his hair wet. In slow motion, he takes off his shirt then he pours a bottle of water over his head, shakes his head, looks at me then giving me a devilish smile. Oh dear Lord.
