Requested "Can you write a Ruby x Reader? No specific plot just make it dramatic and sad but a happy ending."

You smiled against Ruby's lips for the tenth time as he pulled you into his lap, it had been regular occurrences for Ruby to sneak you inside his house.

Ever since Halloween when you met Ruby, you felt this connection between you two and since then, you guys kept in touch.

"Shh my parents are next door," He mumbles chuckling slightly.

You let out a small hum letting your lips travel down his jawline he let out a sigh of pleasure before you pulled away, "Do you want me to stop?"

He shook his head shakily laying his hands on your waist pulling down to his lips again.

That's when you heard his door knob turn and before you could pull yourself off of him, the door opened and people flooded in.

"Ruby?!" They all said in unison.

Ruby pushes you off of him landing softly on his bed, "Guys," he stammers standing up quickly, "it's not what it looks like."

The tallest girl pushes her way to the front, "I thought we had something, but you were just dragging me along."

"No." Ruby yells, "Olivia, I figured you would never accept me so I moved on."

The other boy scoffed, "Wow after what they did to us. What my brother did to protect us you go with a Brentwood girl?"

You felt ashamed, Ruby had promised that when you two came out to his friends they would have full support and cheer him on. But that didn't seem like the case.

You pick up your phone off his nightstand standing up, this caused the group of kids to stop arguing and turn your way.

"I should go." You trudge your way past Ruby and his friends exiting his room then his house.

Tears filled your eyes as you dialled your moms number telling her you're ready for her to pick you up.

"Y/N wait!" You turned around to see Ruby running your way, "Look I'm sorry."

"Why are you sorry? You didn't do anything." You say looking away from him.

"It's all my fault, I should've told them about us sooner." He says, "none of this would've never happened."

You wipe the tears off your cheek looking away from him. "It's okay Ruby. You're friends are right, I get everything handed to me and as soon as someone points it out I cry."

"No. They didn't mean it." Ruby try's to grab your hand but you move away.

"They did. Brentwood will never like Freeridge and vice-versa, maybe we should just end this bef-"

"No. I like you (Y/N) I don't care what people say or what my friends say. I just wanna be with you."

"I wanna be with you too, but-"

"No buts." He says holing your face in his hands, "just you and me."

He kisses you lightly before letting you go, "I love you, (Y/N)"

Your mom pulls up next to you two you glance at her before looking back at him.

"I love you too, Ruby."
