Chapter 13- Turmoil

Wednesday Morning

Room 204

"Do you want me to walk you to school?" Chris asks me as I collect my backpack from the floor. My books and equipment haven't been touched since Friday and I'll likely be chewed out for not completing my homework.

"I'm not five," I grouse playfully, slinging the backpack over my shoulder and dancing over to the handsome man in the corner.

Thinking out Loud by Ed Sheeran is playing quietly on the radio in the bathroom.

Chris is watching me from beside the door with his arms crossed across a pretty blue polo shirt, a blissful smirk gracing his features. His blonde hair is tousled and scraped into a bun behind his head. He rolls his eyes at me and places his hands on my hips, glancing at my exposed waist with an appraising lift of his left eyebrow.

"I know you're not five," he shoots back with a fake sniff. It's so bewildering dating an actor sometimes. "If you were, this would be very weird," he leans forward and presses a sweet kiss to my lips. "But I worry about you, and I want to spend time with you."

"You monster," I joke breathlessly. The truth is... I am astounded by the entire situation.

Yesterday, I was riding the continuous hearse of sadness, afraid that Chris Hemsworth and the others wanted nothing to do with me and now, here I am, cocooned in his arms and feeling happier than I ever have.

"Are you walking with the guys?"

"I believe I am."

"Are you sure you don't want me to come with?"

"You have to work, Christopher."

"Ooh, I like that. Is that my naughty name?"

"Oh, stop it, you insatiable fool!" I grin as his lips attack their way to my neck. I try to keep quiet but he makes it near impossible.

There is an uncomfortable bulge growing in my pants and I push him away before it becomes unmanageable.

"Pervert," I torment again and he just licks his lips, watching me as I open the door. "Have a good day, goofball!" I call, sweetly.

"You too, sugar! Don't miss me too much!"

I smirk and begin to walk down the hallway, almost colliding into Scarlett, who is staring at me with her mouth gaping.

I cringe and pray to the heavens she didn't hear what had just conspired behind that door.

But, of course, God doesn't seem to like me very much.

"How long?" she questions and I splutter.

"H-how long, w-what?"

"Oh, Hiddles, you're a terrible liar. But, just to be more clear, how long have you two been fucking?"

Oh Lords.

There it is.

I cringe at her raw words and drag her down the corridor, thankful that nobody seems to be out this time of morning.

"We haven't had intercourse," I pause and close my eyes.

"Yet," she adds and I scoff. "But you were doing something behind that door!" she accuses, pointing stubby nails at my chest. "I'm not an idiot, Thomalom, tell me!"
