It had been a few days since Clay had gotten the tapes and everything seemed to be falling into place. One thing he couldn't understand was your strange behavior. To his knowledge you didn't even know Hannah, he was only on tape 3, were you in the tapes?
He saw you at you locker at school and decided to approach you. "Y/n, are you ok?"
"Ya I'm just," you faltered looking for the right word, "tired."
Looking both ways and lowering his voice to a barely distinguishable whisper, Clay says, "Are you on the tapes? Is that why you've been acting so strange?"
Shooting him an icy glare, you slam your locker. "You better keep your damn mouth shut Jensen."
As you stalk off he follows you with a look of unbelief.
