I woke up with a pounding headache. I felt the sunshine on my bruised skin, my eyes were sore but I pressed them open. I was lying on a beach..... WAIT I WAS LYING ON A BEACH?!
I felt a sudden wave of anxiety, shiver down my spine. Where in the world was I? I tried to remember the evening before, but I just couldn't!
I attempted to sit up but felt an excruciating pain down my left arm. There was a large gash by my wrist. Blood was streaming out. I knew I had to do something to stop me from bleeding to death. I rolled over and crawled up the beach to wards the jungle. I stripped a palm leaf off its tree and tightly rapped it above my elbow to lessen the blood flow. It was a temporary solution and I needed to find help!
I decided to explore the jungle to try and find some food and water. As I walked through the lush jungle I heard the sound of flowing water. I rushed towards it.
I dropped into the water river it felt good to have fresh water on my wound. I gulped drown as much water as I possibly could! It the most delicious water I had ever tasted- well since being stranded on an island an all. While washing my face I heard a rustle in a across the the river bank, I looked up startled! Was there someone else on this island? And did the know how I got there?
I waded as quickly as I could across the river.I was certain that I had herd someone! Or something!? When I reached the bank I pushed the bushes aside. There in front of me was a large pyramid shaped building made of old mossy rock, casting a long dark shadow across the valley. I took a few steps further and felt a violent gash of wind, it took my balance and I fell to the ground. While lying there in a disoriented gaze I looked around and realized that there wasn't any sign of wind, actually it was a beautiful day, there wasn't even a cloud in the sky. That's odd, How did I just lose my balance, with violent wind on a day like this?? I found balance again and stood up. I walked to wards the building. I didn't know what to do, should I enter?
