I remember the moments of anger,
confusion, fights and sadness,
Then everything was fine
With a 'Hi', an 'I'm sorry' or simple silence.
I remember when you cried
And I didn't know what to do.
So I just stood there, gave you advice,
or cried with you too.
All those special moments
That I'm obviously never going to forget,
Are the ones that convince me
That we'll always be best friends.
That day in sixth grade
When we randomly talked,
Never in my mind crossed the hope
That this friendship would last.
I hope that happiness invades your life,
And that all your dreams come true.
But never forget that if you need someone,

A whole year without you in the country
