"Hey, where's Abbie?" I asked.

"She's still getting ready," Sapphire said.

"Abbie, Allie's here!" Luca shouted.

"I'm coming!" She responded.

It was about another minute before she came out.

"What took you so long?" I asked.

"I was taking mirror selfies," she replied.

"But you're five! How do you know about mirror selfies?" I asked, laughing.

"My best friend Angel's older sister Sterling likes to take mirror selfies. Angel taught me how to do it," Abbie explained.

"Oh, okay. So, why don't we head down?" I asked.

We exited the room and walked down the hallway, well, the triplets were running. They got to the elevators before me, so they had already started arguing over who was going to press the buttons. They didn't notice that when I caught up to them that I pressed the button. Once we got on, Luca rushed in really fast and pressed the button for the lobby. Surprisingly, the girls didn't seem upset that they couldn't press the button.

Once we were down to the first floor, we headed to the indoor pool. The pool was pretty big, and there were a few of those reclining beach chairs there, if you know what I'm talking about. I put everyone's stuff next to one of the chairs. I sat down on one and pulled out my book. Abbie sat on the one next to me with a coloring book.

Because Luca can swim really well, he doesn't need his floaties anymore. Sapphire can swim pretty well, but she likes the floaties because she doesn't have to waste energy.

There was one other family at the pool. There was a mom with who I suspect are her two sons, probably around eight and ten. The younger boy was playing with Luca and Sapphire, while the older boy was playing with dive toys on the deeper end of the pool.

We stayed there for about half an hour before I could barely handle Abbie complaining about how bored she was.

"Here, take my phone and get some pictures of Lukie and Saph playing for you guys' instagram. You can take some videos too," I gave her my phone.

"Okay!" She opened the camera app.

I got really into my book before realizing that she was no longer taking pictures or videos.

She was looking through my Instagram DMs.

"Abbie, what are you doing?" I hissed.

"Some dude named Tyler is hitting on you," she mentioned.

"Give me that," I took the phone.

I read the DM request, then looked at his profile. He was pretty cute. We were the same age, and he lived near Annapolis.

When we left the pool and were heading back to the elevator, we passed an annoyed-looking lady.

"All these stupid teen moms nowadays," she muttered under her breath.

"Excuse you ma'am, I'm their aunt," I told her.

"Yeah, and Allie's the best Auntie ever!" Sapphire smiled.

The lady rolled her eyes and walked away.

"What's her problem?" Abbie asked.

"Not everyone in the world is nice, Abbie Jacks," I said.

I pressed the button for the elevator and it opened right away. The triplets and I stepped in. As the door was closing, I saw Jayden and her daughter Georgia running towards the elevator. I pressed the button to open the doors.

"Hey Allie, and thanks," Jayden said breathlessly.

"No problem. Hey Georgia, how are you?" I asked.

She didn't reply, she just hid behind Jayden's leg.

"She's still pretty shy," Jayden explained.

"She's a pretty cute three year old. How's her career going?" I asked.

"Pretty well, she's had a couple jobs. Mostly commercials and print ads," Jayden smiled.

"That's great," I nodded.

When we got off the elevator and headed to our rooms, Jayden and I figured out that our rooms were right across from each other. I took the triplets to their parents' room. The door was closed, so I knocked. Hayden answered.

"Hey, come in," He said.

I let the triplets go in before heading to my room. I opened the door and put my stuff away.

I flopped on my bed. My mom texted me. My dad, as in Milo, texted me.

Milo
Hey, how's life?

I smiled at the fact he decided not to start the conversation with one of his nicknames for me.

Me
Pretty good.

Milo
How's college?

Me
It's pretty good. Cheering has been fun there.

Milo
That's cool :)

I didn't reply, but that was a pretty nice conversation.

When I was sixteen, he was caught shoplifting an iPhone, and he went back to jail for a few months. He had said he'd turn his life around, but I've learned that he's a liar.

I sighed and turned on the TV, flipping channels until Hayley asked where I wanted to get dinner.

Oh my gosh, there's 1827 words in this chapter! That's the longest chapter I've ever written for any of my books!

The numbers for Abbie and Sapphire tied, so if you haven't voted for a triplet, I need a couple more voters :)
