Grayson's POV*
"So what are you doing later?" I asked Emily as I took the last bite of my pancakes.
"I think me and Maddie are gonna hang out with Simon" she said looking at me with her green eyes.
"He's the gay one right?" I asked her.
She laughed. "Yes Grayson he's gay" she said nodding her head.
A wave of relief fell off my body. I sighed in relief. "Thank god"
"Why is there something wrong with me hanging out with straight guys" she asked teasing me.
"I think we've already been through this Em" I said and she cracked a smirk.
"Just messing with ya" she said chuckling.
When we both finished our food and Emily finally agreed into letting me pay. we got up and left.
I opened my car door for her. "Thank you" She said sending me a cute smile that could make my knees go weak. God I love her.
I nodded my head in response and jogged around to my side. I pulled the door open, got in and shut it.
I turned the key in the ignition and pulled out of the parking lot.
"Did I mention you look hot today" I said with a seductive smirk on my face.
I looked at her out of the corner of my eye and noticed her cheeks go pink. "Nothing new about that" she joked.
"True" I said sliding my hand onto her thigh and giving it a quick squeeze.
"You're such a tease" she laughed resting her head against the window, looking effortless beautiful.
"You want me to drop you back to your place?" I asked and she nodded.
"Yeah thank you" She said flashing me a cheeky smile.
"Speaking of 'places' when are you guys buying an apartment?" I asked her. "You're place is a dump"
She chuckled. "I work in McDonald's does it look like I have money" she said laughing.
"Why don't you ask your parents to help you out?" I said.
She stiffened up. "That's not a good idea" she said looking away.
"Maddie's?"
"Again not a good idea" she said as we pulled up to the motel they were staying at.
"Thank you Gray" she said giving me a kiss on the cheek.
I cupped my hands on her cheeks and crashed my lips on her soft ones. She kissed me back deepening the kiss and I took this opportunity to slip my tongue into her mouth fighting for dominance.
She pulled back after a few seconds with the biggest smile on her face, probably resembling the smile I had on my face.
She kissed me quickly on the cheek before getting out of the car. "Okay I need to go now" she said laughing.
"Bye" I said waving her off and pulling out of the parking lot.

I pulled into the parking lot as fast as I could. I bolted up the stairs and into our apartment.
"Jesus calm down Gray" Ethan said as I ran into his room.
"What do you need. Oh shit is Emily here. Do you need a condom?" He asked me.
An awkward laugh escaped my mouth and my eyes widened. "What?! No! Oh my god" I said shaking my head.
He laughed. "Yeah yeah. Now what do you want?" He asked sitting up from his bed.
I sat down next to him and took a deep breath. "You know how I wanted to talk about Em and Maddie" I said.
He nodded his head slowly.
"Well I got an interesting phone call this morning" I said nervously.
His eyes widened. "Fuck. Don't tell me they have boyfriends" he said running his hand through his hair.
"Ethan. Stop. Let me finish" I said sighing. "They don't have boyfriends" I said to him.
His face softened. "Oh" He said with his mouth in the shape of an 'O'.
"As I was saying, Emily got a call this morning" I started.
"From who?"
"Let me talk oh my god" I said pinching the bridge of my nose. "I don't know who called. That's the thing. It sounded like her father- maybe I don't know. I'm not certain. He said he's gonna find her and Maddie. It's like they ran away or something" I said.
A worried look flushed over Ethan's face. "Don't you think they'd tell us that" he said.
"Think about it. Why did they move here in the first place?" I asked.
He opened his mouth to say something then closed it. "I don't know. They never told us" he said.
"We need to have a serious talk with them" I said. Why would they keep something like this from us. Do they not trust us?
"We shouldn't jump to any conclusions yet Gray. Let's talk to them when they get back" Ethan said.
I nodded my head in agreement.

Emily's POV*
"So are you and Ethan official yet?" I asked Maddie as I took the last sip of my drink.
Her cheeks immediately went pink. "Uh no" she's said playing with her straw.
"That's a yes" Simon said looking at her.
She rolled her eyes playfully. "Fine. He asked me when you and Grayson went out last night" she admitted.
"And why didn't you tell me?!" I said pretending to be hurt.
"I haven't seen you since yesterday!" she said back.
"Oh yeah" I said and Simon laughed.
"You two are like little old ladies" she said and we both laughed.
"You're right" I said sending Maddie a wink which caused her to laugh even more.
My phone began and I picked it up to check who it was. Unknown number.
"I'll be one sec" I said grabbing my phone and sitting up. I walked outside and my phone was still ringing.
I pressed accept and held the phone to my ear. "Hello?" I said into the phone.
"I know your little secret Emily" the unfamiliar voice said.
My jaw dropped and I almost dropped my phone. "W-what"
"Don't act dumb Emily. The name Gemma Marshal ring a bell?"
I actually dropped my phone on the ground and put my hand over my face.
