Destiny Cameron was an aspiring writer. She had her whole life set on the right track, until Venjix attacked. She and her family were kidnapped and put into separate places. Now, she was alone and scared and forced to work in a factory making the very machines that ruined her life.
After working she could barely bring herself to sleep each time, but when she arrives at her small cell she hears someone crying. She begins to talk to the girl through a crack in the wall and they find comfort in talking to each other.
Even if they could never see each other it was the fact that they felt that at least someone was there for them that kept them happy throughout everything. They just hoped that when they managed to escape (like they planned) that they would see the other person and everything would be alright.
