Dear diary,
I feel a little weird these days. I'm dizzy and I throw up all the time.
One thing came into my mind but I can't be... I'm a vampire. Vampires can't procreate. I don't even wanna write it because then I'll start believing it.
The symptoms keep insisting. I haven't told anybody yet, but I'm gonna take a test. A PREGNANCY test. I can't believe I even wrote this.

Elena was with Damon at the time. She broke up with Stefan a year ago. Now he was with Caroline. It was weird and they didn't talk to each other at the time. They had left town, leaving Damon and Elena alone in their mansion in Mystic Falls. They were happy.
