Saturday morning. I'm finally ready to head out and find a dress with Jessy. By ready, I mean I haven't done my hair and just threw on a vintage jumper with warm leggings. I'm hoping the headband will hide my god-awful bed-hair.
I didn't touch the box with the golden dress again last night. I read the letter, chucked it back in the box, and then hid it under my before screaming all the way to Jessy's room.
I ranted for at least half an hour to my cousin about how freaked out I am that Mysterious Fucker was in my room. After calming me down, Jessy pointed out that at least I don't have to buy a dress anymore, and I swear I nearly knocked Jessy over with her lava-lamp.
"Amber, why in the seven hells do you look so good without even trying?" Jessy asks. She's in her usual vans and a sporty-looking crop top - showing off her tanned stomach.
"Uhh, I think you're going blind. We need to check your vision. This jumper has at least twelve different paint stains," I point out.
Jessy shrugs and we head downstairs.
