Edward's POV:
I think I heard Vivoree scream MayMay's name so that immediately caught my attention. I looked over to their table and saw that MayMay was passed out in Marco's arms. I was about to go there but Heaven stopped me.
"Don't, they got it all under control, you know MayMay, she's a strong girl" She said, and I looked at her and nodded my head. I sat back down and continued to eat my food. I saw Kisses look at me and she looked away immediately and I felt guilty that I couldn't go with them. I just continued to eat my food, until it was finally time to go back to class. When I was already on class I saw that MayMay, Yong, and Christian were still not here.
"Mr. Mata where are MayMay, Yong, and Christian?" A guy asked, and everyone paid attention
"Well as most of you know MayMay fainted and so MayMay's friends are there to take care of her since the nurse will be busy, so they won't be attending class for the rest of the day" Mr. Mata said, and whispers were heard all around the room.
"Okay quiet now class, let's just send all our prayers to MayMay, and let's continue with our class" He said, and the whispers were gone and everyone listened.
*AFTER SCHOOL*
School's over and I decided to go see how MayMay's doing, Heaven went ahead since she was going to the mall with her friends. I walked to the clinic and I saw that everyone was there and they all looked at me.
"Oh Edward what are you doing here?" Kisses asked, and I just looked at MayMay, and she's still passed out.
"I just wanted to see if MayMay's okay" I said, and they all just nodded their head
"Well Ate MayMay is fine now, but she's still passed out as you can see" Vivoree said
"Well why did she faint?" I asked
"Well she fainted because she hasn't been eating properly" Yong said, and I just looked back at MayMay
"Can I stay here with you guys for a while? I just miss her so much" I asked, and they just looked at each other and looked at MayMay, and Kisses sighed
"Sure, you can stay" She said, and I just smiled and walked over to MayMay and sat down on the chair beside her. I looked at her and held her hand.
"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you MayMay, but I'm here now, I'll wait for you to wake up May" I said and squeezed her hand
"Twinnie, you have to stay strong and you have to eat properly" I said to her, and I looked at the others
"Thanks for taking care of my twinnie guys" I said, and they all smiled at me
"That's nothing bro, we all love Ate May, we'll do anything for her, because we know she would've done the same for us" Marco said, and I smiled at them and nodded my head
"Yah MayMay is really a kind hearted person" I said
"And I am lucky that I have her as a friend" I added, and they all looked at each other.
"Is anything wrong?" I asked
"No nothings wrong, we just really want Ate May to wake up" Kristine said, and I just nodded my head.
*AN HOUR LATER*
"Oh aren't you guys going yet?" The nurse said, and we all shook our heads
"We're gonna wait for Ate May to wake up" Kisses said, and she just nodded her head and went back to her office. Then I heard shuffling from MayMay, I looked at her and she opened her eyes
"MayMay!! You're awake!" I exclaimed, and she just looked around and looked at me and nodded her head
"Yah I'm awake, what happened ba?" She asked
"Well Ate May, after Edward left our table you were staring off into space again, and then all of a sudden you fell, good thing Marco was there to catch you." Kisses said
"Ate May, why have you been eating properly?" Aizan asked, and she just looked at Yong
"I'm sorry Ate May, the nurse was asking if you have been eating properly so I had to tell the truth" Yong said, and she just nodded her head
"Wait I'll call the nurse lang" I said, and they all nodded at me and MayMay just looked at me. I went to the nurse's office and called the nurse.
"Umm nurse, MayMay is awake na" I said to her, and she just nodded her head and walked out with me following her. When we got back the nurse checked MayMay if she was ready to go
"Yah she's ready to go, but please MayMay eat properly, you're already thin, you need to eat" She said, and MayMay just nodded her head. I got MayMay and my stuff and helped her to stand up
"Edward what are you even doing here?" She asked
"Well the last time I checked you're my best friend so I have to take care of you" I said, and she just looked somewhere else
"Ahhh ok, c'mon let's go home na people, thank you nurse" She said, and we walked out the clinic
"Ate May we'll go ahead na ha, Edward take care of Ate MayMay ha" Christian said, and I just nodded my head
"C'mon na MayMay let's go home" I said, and she nodded her head and we started walking home. I missed this, being alone with MayMay, I missed my twinnie.
"I missed you twinnie" I said, and she just looked at me and smiled
"I missed you too twinnie" She said, and I wrapped my arm around her shoulder. When we got back to her house I greeted tita.
"Oh Edward nice to see you again, bakit ngayon ka lang napadaan?" She asked
"Ahh tita busy lang po" I said and she nodded
"What took you guys so long anyway, you were supposed to be home two hours ago" She said, and I just looked at MayMay
"Ahh tita MayMay fainted po kasi a while ago lunch time, so she was passed out for like 4 hours po" I said, and Tita just looked at MayMay
"Nako MayMay I told you already right, eat properly, you always say you're not in the mood, you're to eat food 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and if you want pa, merienda" She said, and MayMay just scratched the back of her neck
"Eh sorry po ma, I'll make sure I'll eat properly na po" She said
"Ah Tita, I'll go ahead na po" I said, and she just looked at me and smiled and nodded her head. I looked at MayMay and walked over to her and kissed her forehead and gave her a hug
"Please May take care of yourself, eat properly ha" I said, and I kissed Tita's cheek and said goodnight and went out and walked to my house.
