Bewitched

Prologue

It all started with a simple hi and hello from messenger.

It was so unreal. We started chatting then all of the sudden, we were dating.

It was fine. We were fine.

I thought at the very least, was fine.

We've actually met and there, right in fucking front of me was literally the man of my dreams.

I saw him but little did I know he saw me first. I was mesmerized by how he looked that I didn't know he was slowly walking towards me.

"Hi! Are you Akira Mizuki by chance?" He asked me while I unknowingly took a step back away from him as I studied his facial features.

He is really perfect.

"Y-yes I am! And are you Tatsuya Kneiss Kiryu?" I managed to ask him while stuttering. He simply chuckled.

"Yes I am. Pleasure to meet you, the woman of my dreams." He winked at me while I simply blushed.

And it all went smoothly-

-If only... if only you didn't do it.

If only you didn't break my heart then maybe...

Maybe things won't be like this anymore.

But alas! It was your decision. And it's my turn to let karma have your way.

"Hikari, stop daydreaming! Prepare for the meeting with the Kaizuki Company stakeholders at 3pm." A familiar voice awoken me from my daydream.

Daydream? More like a fucking nightmare.

"Sorry, of course Tsubaki, I'll prepare the arrangement as you wish." I sighed while I looked at the window of our car.

We were currently on the way to the Kaizuki Company for a business matter. Something that connects me back to him

It was the Kiryu Company's sister Company. And meeting them won't be as easy as others would thought.

And I'm forever grateful that Tsubaki helped me shaped who I am now.
