Just another normal day, or what my reality of normal is now.

I wake up, I get dressed, I eat breakfast, normal as usual. "See you at school Alex," I say going outside hoping into my black 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I sigh, turning the car on and start blasting the radio which is playing Despacito, my least favorite song. My phone starts buzzing against my lap, it's Bryce, my boyfriend.

"Yes Bryce?" I say in an annoyed tone, it's way to early for this shit. "Where in the hell are you Ruby? I'm waiting for you at the front entrance, you were suppose to be here like twenty minutes ago!" I glance at my watch, 7:44. "I'm running late, I will be there in a bit babe."

"Okay, see you then, I love you."

"I know," he doesn't.

___

"Babe!"

I hear from behind me, I turn around, its Bryce and the rest of his jock 'friends.' "Hey babe," I say attempting to give him a peck, which he turns into a full on make out section. "Cut it out you two, we gotta head to class," Justin Foley says making his was towards the entrance of hell, Liberty High.

Justin Foley is a star basketball player at Liberty High, also meaning he is known for being a player. Justin may be a player who sleeps with almost every girl, but he is one of the better basketball players who also has a great heart, even if he hides it.

Me and Justin are okay friends, he is great friends with Bryce though. "Stop being a cock block Foley!" Bryce laughs out.

The late bell rings out, " wanna skip Ruby?" Bryce says while the rest of his jock friends head in. "Sure, lets wait till lunch though."

"See you then."

___

"Ruby, do you know if Justin is here today?" Clay Jensen asks me in a quite voice. Clay Jensen, the quite one, the kid who everyone thought was a fag. "I don't keep up with that pothead, but I think so, I saw him this morning, he might have skipped by now."

"Thanks, I need t-

The bell rings, cutting off Jensen and Ms. Jeffry, "see y'all tomorrow!"  I gather all my books and get up heading to my locker, which is next to Clay's locker. "You ready Ruby?" I look over to see Bryce with a smile standing proud on his handsome face.

"Yea lets go," I say grabbing hold of Bryce hand, which is two times the size of my small pale hand. I look back towards Clay and my locker, there Clay stands glaring at me and Bryce latched hands. Bryce must have noticed because he pecked my cheek and uses his free arm to wrap around my shoulder.

"So... where are we going to today?" I ask Bryce. This is not the first time we have skipped, we skip almost every week. If me and Bryce were ever caught we wouldn't most likely be in trouble, Bryce is the star football and baseball player and I'm the star volleyball, softball, and cheerleader with A's in every class. "We are going to our special place," Bryce said. Are special place is an arcade, it's were me and Bryce met for the first time.
