"Are you sure you don't want soldiers to come with you ?", asked the Sun-King, worried.

"It's fine, Avad, we aren't going on a war, we're just going to get some info. Don't worry, we will all come back alive.", Kïma answered.

She then touched his nose with the top of her finger and let a loud 'BOOP' out. He blinked twice, staring at her as his cheeks were getting bright red. He said lowly :

"Kïma, I'm supposed to be the King, and we are surrounded by citizens..."

She winked at him before laughing :

"It's even funnier, sunshine !"

"Shh, don't use that nickname here !", he panicked.

"Well, everything is okay for you, Aloy and Bast ? We can go ?", questioned the collector.

Both Noras nodded their heads as they finished packing food on their Broadheads.

"Okay, so we're on our way. Thanks for everything, Avad, and what else can I say ? Good luck for being a king one more day and having to deal with the people's complaints.", teased the machine tamer, hitting him in the belly softly.

"You're impossible.", he replied, chuckling a bit, holding his abs. "Good luck for you too."

"It looks so much higher when you're standing right under it !", Bast noticed, as he was looking the impressive ruin above him.

The Maker's end was one of those huge Ancient towers, located in the North West of the Sundom. The snow was falling lightly, covering everything with a white and cold powder.

"We have to find the way in...", Kïma muttered as she was moving the snow with her feet.

"How can you not be impressed by its size ?", Exclaimed the man.

"I came here before. There is a way in, I know it. But I forgot where, and once you're in, the door talks about an... Identity... Scanning... Something... I don't recall the exact name, but it's something like that."

Aloy didn't talk. She was using her focus once again to spot the weak points of the structure. But she kept being distracted with the same spectacle that once amazed her : the small snowflakes melting on Kïma's skin. It was on her face this time, the collector had thought about covering her arms for an evident reason.
Aloy shook her head, as she usually did to chase distracting thoughts. She noticed a part of the wall seeming to hide something. She walked towards it, letting Kïma handle Bast's complaints about how cold he was.

"Man, I told you it was going to freeze and you decided not to take other clothes !", She was sighing. She added :
"Go and check the bags on my Broadhead, there might be a blanket for you."

Aloy kicked strongly the point her focus showed her. It was only ice and broke easily. She called, using her hands to show Kïma the entrance :

"I found our way in !"

"Great ! Let's go, then !", Answered the woman, heading towards her.

Bast followed a second later, wrapped in a dark red blanket. His nose and cheeks were red, which made Aloy chuckled softly : he, who acted so tough, was finally willingly showing some weaknesses.

The interior was less cold, because the wind couldn't get in. But, by looking up, Aloy could tell that the climbing was going to be something else... There wasn't any room around them : the only way to find something was the way up.

"Bast, just don't lose my blanket. Aloy, I bet you I'll be the first up there.", Kïma declared defiantly, starting to climb quickly.

"Don't even think about it, lady Kïma !", She replied, following her.
