A Quick Note From Me...
Hello my loves, and welcome to 'Translate' :)
I expect a lot of you are here due to my BTS x Reader Fluff book in which I first presented this plot. Because it got a lot of positive attention, I enjoyed writing it, and saw that it could have a greater potential than a One-Shot, I decided to make it into a full book!
For those of you who have read the oneshot, some scenes will be familiar. But there will be tons of new scenes and of course a continuation that goes way past where I stopped last time, so I hope you enjoy it regardless!

You didn't know what it meant, but your heart reacted in a way in which no translation was needed.
"Saranghaeyo," he whispered, his breath light as he allowed the word to brush past his lips.
You were an outcast that thought you would be alone forever. Jungkook comes to your country as a transfer student and begins living with your next door neighbors. Your parents pressure your friendship with him so that he will have at least one friend to start out the school year with, but at the beginning you aren't sure how you feel about him. You are untrusting due to scars of the past while he is shy and not the best at English, so the communication between you two is rough. Eventually though, you form a bond stronger than you ever thought possible as maybe... just maybe... you seem to have found someone who will actually understand you in a way past the sense of language.

At first I didn't trust you. Trust is hard to obtain by one who's had it broken before. You looked innocent enough and I wanted to help you, but wasn't that what happened last time? I knew that soon you would be corrupted and hate me just as much as the others, so should I hold onto the joy you make me feel or let it go as to be hurt less later?
Jeon Jungkook, what will become of us? I can't even express words to you with your full understanding and yet your eyes speak to me in a way that tells me it doesn't matter and you're there for me regardless. Didn't I just meet you? How have you changed my mind in just over a summer?
