Focusing on the teacher in front of her who was explaining something that they were learning in this weeks chapter, Jasmine couldn't help but look at her phone as the screen lit up. It was the next morning and while eating breakfast with Luke, she told him what had happened.
"I texted him back and he said that he just wanted to make sure that you weren't fucking with him. " She took a sip from her coffee, Luke raising his eyebrows in shock. "I can't believe he thought I would do that, I'm trying to help."
That's all the two had mostly talked about while they were cooped up in the back of the Starbucks that was closest to the school, sipping on their favorite caffeinated drinks.
It was their daily routine to drive there together, wether it was her picking up Luke or he as picking her up. Everyone knew that if you wanted to talk to them in the morning or see them, that's where they would be. Come to think of it, neither of them knew why they even made it a routine.
Drifting away from her thoughts and looking back down at the screen, she rolled her eyes at the message that appeared.
