Bio| Elliot was raised no where near the waterside, growing up in Colorado where it was either dust bowl dry or a snowstorm of icy flakes. His parents never allowed him out in the snow and held him inside whenever they even caught drift of a whisper for rain. He had never considered himself extraordinary, and thought his greatest accomplishment to consist of winning a trip to Florida. What he wasn't prepared for is what his parents withheld from him. He was born of Triton ancestry and when he turned 18, his tail appeared for the first time. It was a shock to him as he flapped upon the ocean shore but he swiftly made use of the ability he was given. He has since moved to Florida to embrace the foreign aspect of himself and finds it hard to keep his identity to himself. He constantly hopes for people to accompany him on his underwater endeavors, though he doesn't think too much of it and chooses instead to focus on studying marine life to pass his time by.
