This is actually a little sad and not so much fluff, but I love the twins and I wanted them to be one of my examples. This is on the anniversary of Fred's death - two of them actually - and I wanted to see if I can play out George going to see Fred's grave. Have him go down memory lane with his brother's ghost - who he can't see because Fred has been indecisive about if he wanted to move on to the next chapter in his life or to stay behind. So, yeah, hope this pulls on the feels a little bit...

George knew the place better than he would probably admit. He knew the exact design of the grey stone, the words written on them and who was buried there. He always came to this spot when he had a fight with his mother, father or any of his other siblings; this was the one place no one dared to argue with one another.
This was the place his brother was buried; along with everyone else who had ended up dying for the fight at Hogwarts. Remus and Nymphadora were on the right of Fred's, while Lavender Brown, Collen Creevy and many others were on the left, or around George's twin. This place was kept away from the fights every family had when one ran here, but those fights were spoken of when one was alone and confused on how to apologize. This wasn't why George was here, this time it wasn't because of arguing with his parents or siblings.
He was here because, one year ago today, Fred had died.
Sitting down on the top of his own grave, unbeknownst to George, was Fred. Both of them held a similar expression - sadness - but they varied in degree. George's was almost depressed-like, while Fred's held worry.
"One year..." George got out around the lump in his throat, "It's be a year since I last spoke to you in a two-sided conversation. Been a year since we shared our birthday together, been a year since we pranked. God, Fred, it's been hard. Not impossible, but hard to find a way to sew up that patch of myself that was always connected to you somehow - soppy, yes, but true. You know how Mum and Dad and Ginny and everyone else - even Harry and Hermione - have tried getting me to open back up and speak..." George closed his eyes and hung his head, not wanting to say any more because he just wanted to feel closer to his deceased brother.
Fred, on the other hand, would have been crying had he not been a ghost. George sounded completely broken, complete done with everything. Fred got up from his seat and knelt in front of his twin, who looked a year older than Fred's ghost did, so they weren't really identical anymore. Lifting up his head, Fred tried putting it on George's shoulder, only for it to go through him.
When Fred pulled his hand back, George's head snapped up, his eyes looking through Fred, at the gravestone, "You're here. Why are you here, you should be moving on, not troubling yourself with watching us all grow up and die without you around. Granted, I'd love to see you, to speak with you, but I can't be that selfish. Freddie, you can't stay here..."
That's what surprised Fred. Normally George would be speaking aloud about what he could have done to have kept Fred alive. Now, he was asking Fred to move on, to just leave his family and move on. Fred didn't want to leave, he wanted to see if Harry proposes, or Ron, and he wanted to see the nieces and nephews he'd be getting.
Fred say one word, and somehow, through the whisper of the wind, George heard it; No...
_____________
George came back a year later, on that same day, with Ginny and Ron by his side. Fred marveled at how grown up his two younger siblings looked - and how sad. Two years now, Fred's been gone, and it seems as if they have been trying to make his death not be in vain.
The three stopped in front of the tombstone, slowly sitting down on the wet grass, eyes never wavering away from those words written there. The quote on the stone was Fred's last - they were to Percy during the fight: "You're joking Perce! You actually are joking ... I don't think I've heard you joke since you were -"
That's what brought Percy back to his family, those words. Fred's last were, as Percy always said when everyone started fighting about it being someone's fault for the boys death, he always said that Fred's words should have been to someone else, not wasted on him. That always stopped the arguing because, Percy being Percy, was showing that he cared enough for his brother to not feel worth those last words. That someone else had been.
"Freddie, we all miss you. George told us what happened last time he was here, on the previous anniversary. If it had really happened, if it hadn't been his imagination, I wanted you to know that I want you to move on myself. Be reborn into a new prankster, give another child a life like your's. That'd make me love to call you my brother even more than I already do."
Ginny was nodding along with Ron's words, and Fred couldn't help but smile at them with his unseen bemused smile. They wanted Fred to not get hurt by watching everyone grow up, but he wanted to go through that pain to see it himself. He was going to stay in limbo until he saw those neices and nephews come along - and the marriges he was sure to happen. Until then, he'd go through that pain of not being there physically, and after wards, he'd move on and become another prankster.
Again, through the wind, words were heard; Not yet...
