Nathan and Claudia are happy with their two children. They have been together for seven years now.

They are stronger than ever, and loving life. Their problems are out of the window and they are more importantly focussing on their dreams.

Claudia is working on her music and Nathan is getting basketball back. His dream is to play in the NBA and he is working towards that.

Claudia and Nathan also face new challenges with their kids, both of their children want Dan in their lives, both of their children are making friends in their new school, Grace gets a crush on a boy and Jamie gets a crush on a girl. Claudia and Nathan are trying their best to help them. Nathan also has to deal with the fact his mom has a new boyfriend, younger than her.
