pursuit of hope (nagito x reader)

Guess its Offically Started

Kiera pov

I was eating one of the delicious buttery rolls when I noticed Nagito standing in the corner all by himself. I felt a little bad for him I know what its like to be the loner so I went over to chat with him. 

"Nagito" 

"Oh Kiera chan  you didn't have to come all the way over here to bother with trash like me."

I gave him a annoyed look there was that bad habit again. "Your lucky my hands are full."

He just kind of laughed a little at that. 

"Why are you just standing over here."

I saw a semi nervous look on his face. "I can kind of put people off at times. I would rather watch them from a distance then go up there and make everyone uncomfortable."

I felt kind of bad for Nagito. "I'm sure that's not true come on." I said pulling on his arm. 

"Kiera-chan no." he threw a look over his shoulder at the ac unit. 

I let go of his arm. I couldn't tell if he  was just being shy or what but I wanted to help him.

"Ok Ill be over here if you want join though ok."

I walked away from him slightly discouraged.  I headed over and decided to talk to Souda. I was a little distracted for a moment though when I heard nekomaru yelling about how he needed to leave because he was going to shit himself.  Togami started yelling at everyone to be more mature while mahiru was content just to take pictures throughout this madness.  

I was a little crazy intill this beep sounded through the room. Then next thing I knew the lights turned off. If had thought things where a little crazy before this it was full on anarchy now.  

Everyone started shouting it was a little hard to discern the voices that were all mixing together. 

"Hey I cant see anything!?"

"Its pitch black my future is pitch black!"

I was stumbled around in the darkness hoping to get my bearings. But the windows were covered so no matter how long I waited my eyes weren't going to adjust. Ok calm down Kiera it cant stay dark can it?

"Everyone calm down we gotta stay calm in a situation like this."

I bumped into someone. I had no Idea why I was trying to move around in the darkness of this room but it was better then sitting still and doing nothing.

"Waahh don't step on my feet."

Was that me? was she the one I bumped into I don't think I stepped on anything though.

I heard Togami yell "What the hell whats going on here, ...this is."

Next thing I knew someone was thrown into me knocking me over.

"Ow" 

YEAH OW who the hell was just thrown at me.

"Turn the dam lights on I cant eat like this."

"You guys, where are you wasn't the black out just.... in the kitchen?"

"Perhaps the breaker Overloaded?"

"H-Hold on a sec! I'll Go along the wall and do something about it."

It was pitch black for a moment more while I was just stuck under someone. Why weren't they trying to move at all. They were probably disoriented because of the black out but still!

The lights finally came back on and I was flabbergasted by what I saw. Nagito was the one that was thrown at me and he had landed face first on my chest. My face went red and I shoved him off of me. 

"Oh that's why it didn't hurt as much as thought it would."

What the heck why wasn't he affected by this at all. I looked up to see if anyone had noticed but thankfully they were all staring at something else. 

"Sorry about that Kiera chan" he said holding his hand out to me.

I was a little to flustered to take it and just stayed there on the ground for a minute.

Ughhh I felt embarrassed his head had literally just been resting on my chest.

"Kiera chan are you okay? Your face is all red. I didn't hurt you did I...just my luck." he said a scowl coming over his face.

Well it did knock the wind out of me and hurt a little bit when he landed on me but that really wasn't much.

"No no I'm alright just a little flustered." I said standing up on my own.

"Mahiru You need to snap some shots." I heard Ibuki yell.

I looked over and saw what everyone was gawking at. Mikan was sprawled on the floor in a very suggestive pose. How does one trip and fall like that?  I thought I was embarrassed  when the lights came back on.

They helped her up and we noticed Togami was missing so we all split up and went to search for him. After a few minutes we gathered back in the dining hall. It seemed that no one had any luck in finding him. 

Akane started sniffing the air. "Whats that smell."

"You see when food is broken down." 

"I'm not talking about farts."

She sniffed the air again a few times. "Its smells like blood."

She sniffed a little more then starting walking towards the back dining hall table.

Oh please no. Please don't be what I think your gonna be. everyone slowly started to walk to the table. Hajime stepped right in front of it and seemed to stall for a minute. I could understand why because I think all of us hoped that it was just a fluke. He grabbed the sheet and flipped it up in one swift motion. I almost gagged. There was togami lying in a pool of his own blood, clearly dead.

phuhuhu a bodies been discovered!

Sorry for the wait on this one I didn't wana have to deal with writing a class trial yet. Cause there so long and crap. Don't get me wrong I liked that there long in game but a the same time trying to spin it differently so its like the actual games class trial but with the additions of adding in the mc and trying to make it different at the same time I wasn't really looking forward to.

The class trial will come later. I might include some of the investigation to but I will only be writing two of the class trials. and those will be summarized a bit so you just get the parts I feel are important to my version of the story. If that makes sense. so sorry for making you wait and thank you for being patient with me
