It was Monday, and I was still heartbroken. I kept tossing and turning just thinking about him. I heard him last night throwing things in his room. I really wanted to go over and tell him everything was gonna be okay. But I couldn't do that. He made his choice when he picked Trish over me. Ugh, just thinking about it made me want to cry all over again. I hated crying over him, he was a jerk and didn't deserve my tears.

I was getting a call from Lizzie, and decided to wipe my tears and answer her call. I ended up texting our groupchat that me and Chase split up. Of course they wanted to come over, but I rejected their offer. If there was anything I hate more, was when people saw me cry. I answered the call and Lizzie said in a pitiful voice.

"Hey babe, you good? You've been dodging my calls.."

"I know and I'm sorry, I just needed some time to think." I said putting her on speaker.

"I know, take the time you need. Need me to come over?" Lizzie said.

"We have school in like 30 minutes Liz." I said blandly.

"That's why I was calling! The pipes busted, so they canceled school for a couple days. I thought we could hang out?" Lizzie said in a hopeful voice.

"Jasper and Khloe get here today. If you want you can come over and help me receive them.."I said sighing.

"Hey! Cheer up! You're friends are flying all the way from Minnesota to see you!"

"Lizzie. Everything reminds me of him! I can't be happy right now." I said tensing up.

"I'll be over in 5 minutes." Lizzie said then hung up.

I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that I had dark eye bags, I was a little paler. If this was one day without Chase, imagine a week. I wanted so badly to take everything back, and apologize to him. But like I mentioned before, he didn't want me the way I wanted him.

"Honey! I'm home! If you're still in bed, i'll kill you!" Lizzie yelled from downstairs. I couldn't help but laugh to myself. She really did brighten up my days. If Chase wasn't gonna stay, I knew she would. "Oo baby! You look awful!"

"Gee thanks.." I said rolling my eyes.

"I'm gonna make you look hot, you can't be looking like shit for Jasper and Khloe." Lizzie said shaking her head pulling out my makeup.

"It's fine, they've seen worse." I said shaking her idea out of my head.

"I don't care! You're gonna prove to everyone that you don't need a man!" Lizzie said dragging me towards the chair.

"Wait, who knows..?" I said worrying.

"Oh, uhm ya know er- everyone..?" Lizzie said sheepishly.

"How?! It's literally been a day!" I said in disbelief.

"Abigail may or may not spoke about it really loud in the cafe.. Trish overheard then news blew up.." Lizzie said applying foundation to my skin.

"Damn, I really hate Trish. She got away with what she wanted." I said my eyes tearing up.

"NO! We're NOT crying over him!" Lizzie said wacking me in the head with my eyeshadow brush.

"Ow, what the fuck!" I said glaring at her.

"It's called tough love, so no more crying or it'll be worse, you hear me?" Lizzie said scolding me. I nodded my head and she continued, "Also, we're throwing a pool party at your house, so we can't have you looking like a hot mess." Lizzie smiled.

"Since when are we doing that??" I asked annoyed.

"Since an hour ago, I texted everyone and their all coming. Everyone's invited, so shush." Lizzie said applying blush. Everyone as in everyone? Chase could be here? He could be flirting with every girl and I'd look like an idiot? But then again, I needed to show him I'd be fine without him. I needed to prove to him and to myself. I don't think Khloe and Jasper would mind a little party. They loved them.
