Walking on the halls of nightmare as I pave another way to another year of school. Most 8th graders would think of the same so i feel no shame of it. First week of classes aren't that bad if you ask me. It's really not a burden. Less talk, less fun, less problems.

I joined the line like everybody else. I stand there as I silently scan the people surrounding me. Like I always do.

As I walked into every classroom seeing new fresh faces, I always thought to myself that I am going to be seeing these people for the next year and I was. But I wasn't shocked, scared, or surprised. Having to have experience the same situation a couple of times already, specifically 9 times, it wasn't new to me at all.

As I sit and learn new things. As I stare into the eyes of each educator, I always think to myself, "What could be the purpose of everything these people are teaching us".

Everyday is just the same. No day is ever different. I walk into school, then I walk out. Fresh with the knowledge the school embedded onto my mind. With the thought that in the future, it could go to use. That was everyday of my life.

Or so I thought...........
