I didn't mean to

So, so, sorry. I sprained my ankle because I actually listened to my little brother....and I have been taking care of my ankle, and hurting it even more....I need to be more careful- and not listen to my brother.

     Leo's Pov

I couldn't help but act strangely around Lily. She was really pretty and she was perfect in every way- how was I supposed to know how to act? Soon enough, Donnie made her a room, Mikey was always with her, and I was still being weird around her. The guys on Space hero's weren't weird around girls...so I shouldn't have been like that around Lily.

One day she was sitting on the couch-Mikey wasn't with her. I took my chance and sat down next to her. She stiffened a bit, making me think she didn't like me.

   "Are you bored?" I asked.

She nodded, "Yeah. Do you want to go for a run along the rooftops or something?"

"Sure. Will it be like...like a date?" I blushed.

I knew I should have been the one to ask her out.

"I-if you want it to be..." She stuttered, blushing.

By the way she acted, I thought maybe she did like me. So, we headed out. I packed some food in a basket and planned to set it up in the park (since it was dark out).

When we got to the park and I started setting the stuff up, Lily picked some flowers. I watched her for a minute, it was really cute when she got a flower and her hair moved in her face then perfectly fell over her shoulders.

"Done!" I proudly said, hoping she didn't see me staring at her.

  She smiled and sat down.

*Time skip*

After we ate, I started packing everything in the basket and threw away the trash. While getting the last plate, something really, really hot hit my shell.

    "Ow!" I yelped in pain.

Looking over at Lily, I saw that she had her hand up and she had a horrified look on her face.

"I-I am so sorry, I didn't mean to!"

"You did that?!"

  "Um.."

She didn't answer. There wasn't time for her to.

The foot dropped down from trees and grabbed her. I had to fight my way to her, and by the time I got to her she couldn't fight anymore. She was lifting up her leg and silently crying.

"NO!" I cried out as the foot disappeared.

   Boys aren't supposed to cry...but I did.

I couldn't go the whole way home without not crying.

I cried in front of my brothers which was embarrassing enough.
