CHAPTER THIRTY FIVE

I woke up to the feeling of someone brushing my bangs away and fingers caressing my cheeks, slowly, I open my eyes and look to the side where I see yukhei leaning on his palm while smiling.

"hey." he whispers and I let myself smile.

"hey." I greet back, turning my body to the side and facing him properly.

yukhei then let's his hand rest of the nape of my neck while playing with a few strands of my hair.

"you okay? are you hurt anywhere?" I shake my head and his smile widens.

"last night was wonderful." I simply answer and his hands stop before he leans in, he tilts my chin up and our noses brushed together before our mouths latched themselves onto one another.

it was a warm sensation that went over my entire body when he embraced me, my hands went up and played with his brown locks while I let myself smile.

when we pulled away, I still kept my eyes closed for a second longer before opening to find him already staring at me.

"should we get something to eat?"

"that would lovely."
