Emily's POV*
Me and Grayson searched for Madison and Ethan for about 30 minutes now.
We searched the beach, the stores along the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was awkward at first but soon things got normal.
Grayson was super funny and cute as hell, not gonna lie.
Turns out him and Ethan are famous YouTubers and vines and were pretty well known.
"Where could they be?" He asked after calling Ethan for the billionth time.
"Well we've pretty much looked everywhere" I said sighing.
"We could try our apartment?" Grayson said shrugging.
"Good idea, we haven't looked there yet. Is it far?" I asked him.
"About a 10 minute walk" He said.
As we walked Grayson told me about how he is originally from New Jersey.
I told him how me and Madison are from Denver, Colorado but I didn't mention why we moved here.
He didn't ask, thank god! We walked into his apartment building and rode in the elevator.
"What if we walk in on them making out!" Grayson said to me. I laughed.
"Hopefully not...but it does happen let's just get the fuck out of there" I said and Grayson chuckled.
"Agreed" He said and we got out of the elevator.
"Get ready to run Emily" Grayson joked.
He opened the apartment door and we walked in. No sign of anyone.
Then I heard laughing coming from the kitchen. "That's Maddison's laugh, definitely" I said.
I'd notice that laugh anywhere.
We walked into the kitchen where Maddy was sitting on the edge of their counter and Ethan was making something by the stove.
"Emily heyyy!" She said and hopped off the counter and gave me a quick hug.
"Don't 'hey' me. Where have you been?" I asked her.
"With Ethan" she said and smiled at Ethan.
He smiled back and turned his attention towards me. "You must be Emily" he said.
"That's me" I said.
"And I see you've met Grayson" he said grinning at him.
"Yeah. He helped me look for you guys" I said and Grayson smiled at me.
"Wait you guys actually looked for us?" Maddie said laughing. I shot her a glare.
"Uh yeah. You said you were going to get us food and didn't come back for hours!" I said to her and she laughed even more.
Ethan joined. "Sorry it's my fault. I asked her to hang out" Ethan said and gave me a sympathetic smile.
"I'm over it" I said and smiled.
As me and Maddie walked out of the apartment I said "tell me everything".
She laughed and put her arm around me. She told me how they bumped into each other- like physically bumped into each other, she's such a clutz.
"Oh and he noticed these" she said pointing to her bruised arms and cut on her head with a worried look.
I swallowed. "What did you say.." I said to her.
