Readers Story And Sasori X reader

part two: are we friends?

(This story is also about the reader and her development. Along with some Sasori x Reader but those are mostly short. I want to continue it and make it slow to show some romance in it. Since Sasori is my favorite character I dont like to think of it as a fast one time thing.)

Sasori made a group of friends already and he has been distancing himself from me.. I already know why. I stare at him as he goes inside the class room. He glances and I wave he pretend to not see me. It did hurt he was kind of nice to me a few days ago. I guess I was too boring for him what ever the case I don't need him. Even though it did feel like we were friends. I don't have any friends I do get lonely but its nice to have the free time to study.

"So you draw? Looks good."  Sasori said.

I look up and we make eye contact I blush slightly and look down. I don't say anything, Maybe I'm still bothered because he ignored me.

"I'm an artist too you know." He continued

I still dont say anything. He looks at me and walks away to talk to his friends. I hear his friend say something negative about me and hear them laugh Sasori just smiles and looks embarrassed.

Lunch is my favorite part of my day as I pull out my bento box... I hear some of the girls giggle and one say " did you know ______ asked out Sasori but he rejected her."
The other: "Of course he did I mean look at her she's not cute at all she always finishes all her lunch and She doesnt have any friends because shes a total creep." The both laugh. I stand up and walked out as I was walking away I hear one say "do you think she heard us" still giggling. "Shes probably going to cry in the bathroom."

They werent wrong I was planing I was looking down trying my best not to let out my tears.
I bump into someone in the hall and as I look up it was Sasori. I gave him an angry look and apologized. I kept walking but he stops me.

"Why are you crying?" He asked in a cold tone.

"Im not." As tears flow down I look the other way whipping away the tears. I'mstarting to feel fine.

He doesnt leave and keeps looking giving me a cold stare. I see the two girls talking and smiling to themselves.

"Sasori-kun.. Are you telling people I asked you out and that you rejected me?"
I gave him a serious look.

Sasori: "No why would?"

"I dont know but people are saying you rejected me."

Sasori: "I wouldn't reject you and spread that rumor."

"I see... " I look up and want to ask why he ignored me when I waved but was too shy to ask. I walked away instead.
