The next day after my crazy runaway from Kimberly, I tried to avoid her at school as much as possible.

And Charlotte tried avoiding me as much as possible.

Until she showed up at my locker after lunch.

She stood in front of me.

Until she started talking.

I knew she'd come back to me, they always do.

I took my backpack out my locker and closed it up.

"You're still mad at me, aren't you?" She asked.

Then quickly cupped her chin and kissed her hard.

She was startled, but she still kissed me back and even wrapped her arms around my neck.

"You're forgiven" I whispered on her lips.

She smiled and kissed me again.

I groaned and let my hands fall to her thighs.

She pulled back and giggled again.

I smiled, but then remembered how flirty she was being with that other guy.

"But I don't want to see you being all flirty with other guys and letting them put their hands all over you. That's my job"

She smiled.

"I promise no more flirting with other guys" She said.

I smiled back and kissed her nose.

Then began walking toward the exit.

Charlotte ran after me.

"Where are you going? We have history now"

"I'm cutting class" I replied.

"Why? We have Mr. Hart" She said.

I laughed.

That was exactly why I was cutting, because of Mr. Hart.

I couldn't really look at him the same way knowing he had a crush on me.

That'd just be awkward.

"That's exactly why I'm skipping" I answered.

"Because of Mr. Hart? He's so nice though"

I turned to her.

Then let my hand touch her cheek.

"I know babe, but it's kind of a personal thing" I said.

She sighed.

She looked disappointed again.

"Charlotte please don't be mad at me"
