Dai

After a small(large) fail, Dai's mind went blank. So, to lighten the mood, she smiled, and began flirting with her, because hey, why not? She is her soulmate.

The only problem?

Dai's never been in a relationship before. She was too busy trying to avoid the ginger-haired angel. Kawua would tease her endlessly because Dai would be too chicken to actually ask Cheyenne out.

What? There's a good reason. Cheyenne is just so, how would you put it? Gentle, kind, soft-spoken, open-minded, and adorable. To sum it all up, Cheyenne is like an elf. Delicate, beautiful, someone who is hard to find but amazing.

"Hey? Dai? You still listening?"

"Hm?" Dai looked up. Cheyenne's face was inches away from hers. Cheyenne smiled, pecking Dai's lips softly. Snaking her arms around Cheyenne's waist, Dai rolled over so Cheyenne was laying on top of her.

"What's this for?"

"No reason,"

"Mhm,"

The two of them stayed like that until dinner. After clumsily climbing off Dai, Cheyenne mumbled a goodbye and hurried off to the dining plaza. Dai sighed to herself, turning to face a window.

"I'm so in love with her."

"I'll say! Took ya long enough to stop eye-fucking and finally be productive!" Bianca laughed from the doorway, her braided hair slung over her shoulder casually. "Shuddup," Dai muttered, still looking out the window. Bianca sat next to her, watching as Cheyenne met up with Alyssa and Lexi, laughing and giggling.

"Oh brother," Bianca whispered to herself, noting the love-struck basketball captain beside her.

"This is gonna be the longest summer yet,"
