Sad! Levi x Reader (part 2)

'Levi...er, I mean, Corporal...' you started, shocked by his tragic words.He held a hand up to stop you from continuing and looked away, hugging his arms around his small frame. The wind blew his hair across his face, hiding his eyes, so you could only see the tears falling from his face. This was so unlike him. You were all sad, but to consider ending your life... you thought he was stronger than you. You thought he locked out all human feelings, yet here he was, on top of the wall. 

'I'm sorry you have to see me like this,' he whispered quietly, before taking a step backwards, so that he was once again teetering on the edge. You grabbed his hand again and tried to pull him back, but he didn't move. He couldn't.... he couldn't do this to his soldiers. He couldn't leave them now...

'Please, Levi!' You shouted, suddenly angry, 'Don't be so selfish! We are all upset, we all feel awful, but you doing this will just make things worse! So come away from that edge now before....before,' You stopped, knowing that you couldn't threaten your superior. You had already violated the rules by calling him by his first name, but he hadn't seemed to notice. You sighed with immense relief when he finally stepped forwards and collapsed to his knees. You knelt down beside him and hugged his shaking body tightly.

'I'm sorry,' he gasped, hugging you back. You felt your heart flutter. You were hugging your corporal, your superior....and your crush.You had loved him since you joined the Survey Corps, since he had saved you from certain death. You tightened your grip on him and realised that if you hadn't come, then... he would be gone. You closed your eyes, not wanting to imagine what would happen then, and were shocked to find his lips pressing against your own. You allowed yourself to melt into him and continued with the kiss passionately. When you broke away his eyes were full of pure content.

'(y/n)' he said, his voice stronger than before.

'Yes?' you asked, your arms still wrapped around him.

'I love you,' he smiled. Oh god, his smile was amazing. It took you a few  moments to register his words, and when you did, you turned red.

'I...I love you too, Corporal,' you stammered, hiding your blushing face on his chest. He rested his face on your neck.

'Please' he smirked into your skin, 'Call me Levi.'
