Dad- "Lissy we need to talk" I said as I entered her room
Lissy- Really Dad? Have you ever heard of knocking? "What do you want"?
Dad- "First of all change the attitude young lady" I said sternly. I am sick and tired of her attitude
Lissy- "Whatever"
Dad- "Allyssa McGarret"
Lissy- "Sorry"
Dad- "So who were you talking to on the laptop"?
Lissy- "No one" I said in a sarcastic tone.
Dad- "So you were talking to no one"?
Lissy- "No not really"
Dad- "Then who"?
Lissy- "A friend"
Dad- "Which friend"?
Lissy- "A friend Dad" I said with irritation
Dad- "From school"?
Lissy- "No" I said in a annoyed tone
Dad- "Then from where"?
Lissy- "You don't need to know" I said in a sarcastic tone
Dad- "Enough with the attitude Allyssa. One more smart comment from you and you are grounded'
Lissy- "Yeah.....whatever"
Dad- "That's it. I had it with your attitude. You are grounded for 2 weeks. No computer, no phone, no friends over or going over."
Lissy- "You can't do that! I need to have my phone and my laptop"!
Dad- "I gave you a warning about your attitude. And I let you get away with your attitude lately"
Lissy- "But....Dad"
Dad- "Now tell me who you were talking to before I find out myself"
Lissy- "A guy name Andrew"
Dad- "And do I know this Andrew"?
Lissy- "No"
Dad- "No what"?
Lissy- "No Sir"
Dad- "Where did you meet this Andrew"?
Lissy- (No Response)
Dad- "I asked you a question"!
Lissy- (No Response......again)
Dad- "You have three seconds to answer the question"!
Lissy- "Online"
Dad- "Are you saying that you are talking to a person named Andrew and you meet him online"?
Lissy- "Yes"
Dad- "Yes what"?
Lissy- "Yes Sir"
Dad- "Is this from an online chatting room or a game chatting room"
Lissy- "An online game chatting"
Dad- "Allyssa what have I told you about the online chatting room"?
Lissy- "Not to use it"
Dad- "Then why did you"?
Lissy- "Because all of my friends talk on those kinds of things"
Dad- "I can tell you this. You have lost your phone and laptop privelges for a long time. I can't trust you anymore on any devices anymore. You are now grounded until further notice and that does not include the two weeks"
Lissy- "But Dad"!
Dad- "No buts about it. Do I make myself clear"?
Lissy- "Yes Sir. Dad I am sorry"
Dad- "I forgive you"
So the secret is OUT! And boy Steve didn't seem a bit to happy about it.
