The Dark Light
Sitting in the breeze of *cold* night,
Alone in that darkness, which I fright,
Shivering, and holding my knees tight,
It was the *moon*, that gave me hope of light.
That tiny ball inspired my sight,
To explore and reach new heights.
And so, I set off on a *journey*,
Walking the *path* I got to see,
The light is really in me.
But this journey was not so easy,
It had ups and downs like the waves in the sea,
But only until I really got to see my own depth,
And turned my face, from just the surface...
Peering into the *silent water*,
I could hear a silent *echo*,
OF MY GOD OF MY SELF.
