I am a snake.
I slithered through time.
I am the temptress of fruit
I worm my way into history
The poison of my fruit
Spread and took peace
From those whose peace was absolute.
I tore them from their haven
Cast thern out of heaven
My tongue flickers
Tasting their feelings
As they turn away from their Father.
The shame radiates from both
Their children will bear the burden of their folly
Unbeknownst to them
This burden fades into the annals of time.
Now they are being forgotten by
The endless marching of time.
I am a snake
Who haunted humans
From the day they took their first breath.
I am the snake
Who turned humans away from God.
I am a snake
And I proudly destroyed paradise.
