so ya girl is having one those really bad mental health days where nothing i (usually) do to help pick me up is not working.
and that's where i need you lovely peoples help!
what are some tips and tricks or things you guys do to help your bad mental health days be not so bad?
i'm open to any ideas and suggestions.
i usually go into a depressive slump and just sulk around all day or cry when i can't find anything to really help.
but ya girl doesn't want to do that/be like that.
i'm trying to break from that bad habit.
so any support, suggestions, and help would be so so greatly appreciated!!
