NATHANIEL SPENT THE REST OF THE MORNING SORTING THINGS OUT WITH STEVE. Steve was one of the only people that he wanted to know of them leaving at first, and when they were gone, he would inform the team of Nathaniel's vision in full. The super soldier was more than understanding what Nathaniel wanted to do for Wanda, and he supported them one hundred percent. Steve even made the comment that if Scarlett was in danger, he would remove her from the equation so she'd be safe. Even if that would piss her off immensely.

When the Clairvoyant walked back into his apartment, he found Wanda seated on the couch. The Maximoff woman glanced over her shoulder at Nathaniel and stood up quickly, running her hands over her legs. She gave him a small smile, her eyes glancing around the apartment. He looked around as well, taking in the packed boxes and messy living room.

She raised an eyebrow at him as she motioned around the room, wanting to know what the hell was going on, "Nate? Why is everything packed up? Are we changing apartments?" She questioned, and Nathaniel shook his head as he approached her, which only made her even more confused. "Then what? What is going on?"

"Wanda," Nathaniel began as he approached her and walked her over to the couch. He gave her a small smile, nodding his head slightly as he continued. "I recently had a vision about... you. It wasn't a good one and I just talked to Steve, and he has given us clearance on leaving the base for the time being."

"What?" Wanda questioned him, clearly puzzled. "What kind of vision, Nate?"

"The vision of your death, Wan," Nathaniel answered her and her lips parted in surprise, and she shook her head. He watched as she ran her fingers through her hair, before clasping them behind her neck. She inhaled deeply before she met his gaze again. "I know that you probably don't want to leave Fawn behind in the state that she's in, but I talked to Steve and he said that he'll text us if there is a sudden change in her condition. Then we'll come back and spend time here before leaving again."

"Where are we going to go?" Wanda asked him softly.

"Before I was brought onto the Avengers Initiative, I had a pretty spacious loft in New York. I still have it and there is still furniture inside, we just need to bring our personal belongings," Nathaniel answered her and he watched as she stared at him. "I know that this is going to be difficult to adjust, Wanda. But we'll get through this, okay? I won't let anything hurt you, Wanda."

The woman stared at him for a few seconds, before she inhaled deeply once more. She stared at him for a few seconds, before nodding her head and dismissing herself. Nathaniel watched as she disappeared into the bedroom for a few minutes to pack her things, and he could tell that she was having a difficult time with this new adjustment.

It was going to take time, he couldn't deny that. Moving off base and going out to New York was going to be a difficult change. They would go from a secure and heavily monitored facility to his loft in New York, that would only have a few security cameras installed within it. But Nathaniel had the right instinct to get Wanda out of the situation that she was in. He couldn't stand to lose her. He wouldn't lose her.
