Scott stood in front of his pack, hands together, looking at everyone. Stiles was standing next to Scott, arm wrapped around his waist. He was smiling. "We have an announcement." Stiles said. The Pack looked towards Scott. "Erm." Scott said. He nervously shifted his weight from one foot to the other foot, sticking his hands to his side. "Are you both Okay?" Mason asks. Scott laughed "You are my Pack. I should lot be this nervous." Lydia smiled softly at Scott "We are more than just your Pack Scott, we are your friends. Friends before Pack. You can tell us."
Stiles tightened his arm around Scott, kissing his neck softly.
"We went to the hospital yesterday." Scott began. "Are you Okay Scott?" Malia questioned, clearly concerned. Lydia patted Malias hand "Hold off on the questions. They are about to tell us." "Thank you Lyds." Stiles winked. Lydia smiled and nodded.
"Anyways. Everything is fine." Scott started. "We have some news." Scott looks at Stiles.
Stiles coughed.
"Scott and I are excited to announce..Scott is expecting a pup!" Stiles exclaimed.
"What breed?" Liam asks.
The Pack looks at Liam. "What do you mean by what breed?" "Of the pup. What pup breed?" "I was wondering the same thing." Malia confesses.
Scott roared with laughter. Stiles rubbed his eyes "Liam. Scott is having a werewolf pup."
Liam thought. "Like a baby!" He asks, jumping up. Stiles snaps his fingers. "Scott, congratulations!" Liam rushed to Scott, hugging him. Scott laughed, hugging Liam back.
"About damn time." Lydia whispered. "Heard you still Lydia." Scott gloated. Lydia shakes her head with a laugh. She too walks to Scott. "I know you two will be the best parents." Lydia convinces. Scott wrapped her into a hug "I have my Pack to help me with pup." "You know we will. I hope for a little girl." Stiles interjected "This pup will be a boy."
Scott leaned in closer to Lydia "I too want a baby girl." Lydia kisses his cheek "I also know you will be happy with either gender. Have you told Melissa?" "Deaton told mom about our appointment. And added what the appointment was." "And She is excited?" "Beyond so."
Malia came up shortly after. "Does the baby mean change in our Pack, Scott?" Scott looks at Malia "What do you mean?" "You have to be delicate now. For the baby." Malia pokes Scott's stomach. Scott rubbed his stomach.
He had not thought about that.
"No, this means no Pack differences Malia. I am not about to abandon my Pack. Not while I still can fight." Malia nodded "I hope not. I will follow you always. You are our Alpha." Scott smiles at her "I know you will."
Lydia was the last one there. She was hugging both Stiles and Scott. "Promise?" Lydia asked. "We promise." Scott laughed. Lydia looked at Stiles. He ran his pointer finger across his heart horizontally "I swear Lydia, You can plan the baby shower." Lydia nodded with victory "That's all I needed." She gets up, and kisses both of their cheeks "I am very happy for you both. This is the first Pack baby..well pup. Will it be a werewolf Scott?" "I am not sure." Scott claimed. "Okay. Well, I am here for you. Call me whenever. I love you both." Lydia hugged them again. "Love you too Lyds."
Stiles waited until the door was shut before looking at Scott "We told the Pack." Scott holds Stiles hand "Yes, we did. And they were happy for us." Stiles rubs Scott's thumb "And I am the most happiest."
