Time is Running Out

For lack of anything better to do after Amy suddenly leaves him all by himself, the Doctor heads back to the inn to pack up what little they have. He folds up all of the clothes and lays them on the bed, then pulls out a small tin box from his pocket. He opens it to find mints. Uhg, wrong tin. He pulls out another tin from his opposite pocket and opens it. There's a false bottom in it which he lifts up. ohhh that's where my favorite book light is! The Doctor places the clothes inside the small tin and then replaces it to his pocket.
He goes down and tells the Innkeeper that he and Amy will no longer be staying there. When the Innkeeper tries giving him back his money he says, "Keep it, we have plenty enough already." It doesn't take much persuasion and she slips the money back under the counter. With an exchange of smiles, the Doctor leaves the inn and heads towards the castle at a slow pace, checking out every tent in the market.

Rory wakes up and decides to check on everyone to make sure the TARDIS is still in good shape. When he leaves his room he hears faint snoring coming from nearby. He puts his ear up agains every door, on the fourth door he tries he pinpoints it as where the snoring is coming from. Rory opens the door just a crack and peeks in. He sees John and Sherlock cuddled together on the bed and can't help but smile. He softly closes the door and heads to the control room.
No one is there so he decides to try the science wing and see if Merlin is there studying or making more medicines or whatever it is he would do there.
Merlin isn't there, but Rory checks on the elixir. It's the same color as indicated in the instructions so Rory pours the contents into a small glass bottle and puts a cork in it and takes it with him. He decides to check the library.
"Hello?" Rory calls into the library.
No answer. He checks the whole first floor and second floor. Rory finally finds Merlin on the third floor, asleep at the table with a pile of books under his head. Rory taps his shoulder a few times and Merlin sits up startled.
"You're ok! It's just me!" Rory says, rushed. He didn't want Merlin to use his magic on him for scaring him awake. "Here," Rory holds out the bottle for Merlin, "the elixir is finished."
Merlin takes it and inspects it before wrapping his scarf around it to protect it and places it in his pocket. "Thank you," he says in a morning voice.
"What are you looking for?" Rory asks pointing towards all the books.
"Just trying to brush up on what happened back then," replies Merlin. "I've narrowed it down to seven books that have accurate or almost accurate records of back then. I got through two and a half books before I fell asleep."
"Only seven book in here have accurate records?" says Rory, shocked. I wonder if all his medical books are correct then. "Well is there anything I can do to help? Are you hungry? Thirsty?"
Merlin's stomach grumbles at the thought of food and he realizes he hadn't eaten since he was at the caffè. "Some food would be nice, thank you."
"Coming right up," Rory replies, heading towards the stairs.
He gets to the kitchen, which is by the bedrooms, and opens up one of the refrigerators. He and Amy are usually the ones to keep the kitchen stalked, but they've been so busy lately they haven't had time to go shopping. Rory finds a frozen pizza in the freezer and puts it in the oven. After baking it for 20 minutes he takes it out and cuts it into slices.
