Awake

hey guys I'm back, writing the second chapter.  I just recently came up with the idea so I do get writers block. already. I know annoying.  But I manage to come come through. :) Hooray.

this chapter is dedicated to @chelstopolis thanx for helping me out through my first time on wattpad. You guys should totally check her book out Santa's Not Fat. It just pure genius. Anyways imma stop talking and get back to writing, hope you enjoy.

            I awoke from my slumber, only to realize it wasn't a dream, I was still in the hospital in a different room on top of a bed. But this time I had most or the nurses who didn't have anything better to do, stand and tower on top of me like watching me was going to keep me alive.

I blinked a couple times trying to make sure the water they were throwing on my face wasn't getting in my. As they saw it work they all went back to work. Jenny stayed behind. I prompt myself up on my elbows looking around, so I was dreaming he's not real. Thank god.

"You okay Chlo?  You looked like you've seen a ghost." she said. She gave that nickname since I started working here. But the ironic thing was I did see a ghost, well a dream version.

"Yeah, you better get back to work before you get shit from Gary." I said, she ran out of the room so fast I swear it felt like she wasn't here a few seconds ago.

I got my self of the bed, and rubbed my eyes waking myself up. I didn't wear any makeup today which was good, I naturally had gigantic eyelashes that looked thick and luscious without mascara. Yay me.

"Finally took you long enough." the same familiar voice called out again. I whipped my head so fast towards the other end of the room I swear I could of had a whiplash.

"This can't be happening again." I whispered trying to rush out of the room only to get stopped at the door. He stood there in front of me gorgeous as ever with his amazing green orbs I could just melt.

"Y-y-you w-were j-j-just th-th-there, AND NOW YOUR HERE HOW?!" I almost yelled. 

"I don't know, I'm not dead but I'm not alive and walking either." he retorted. Great I have a ghost who's going to annoy the shit out of me.

"Wait so your saying you can walk around like a ghost without anyone seeing you?" I said and couple of nurses stopped in there way and looked a me funny. It looked as if I was talking to midair.

I closed the door and moved to the other end of the room near the windows. "not exactly, you can see me and it seems as if your the only one." he said.

"Lucky me." I snapped sarcastically.

"Hey, you are lucky that you've got the privilege to talk such a handsome guy like myself." he retorted. Great he had an ego the size of Asia.

"I'm done talking to you." I said as I slid the glass door to the room to walk out of the room. I started to speed walk down the hall to Jenny.

"Well im actually not done talking to you." he said following me down the hall.

run faster Chloe fun faster.

I told myself. "I can read your mind you know that right." he said. which made me stop in my tracks and turn to face him. Shit. I scolded myself. I can't even think without him knowing everything.

"Leave me alone." I yelled, as the nurses  and doctors walked by the couldn't help but stare, they all looked at me funny. "im going home I can't handle this." I whispered. Running to collect my things.

"Don't walk away from me, I need to know what's happening to me!" Dean yelled catching up to me. As if on Que he disappeared and I relaxed until he reappeared right in front of me. He was going to be the death of me.

"What do you want? leave me alone. Im engaged for good damn it! " I exclaimed in his face. He winced and looked at me with angry viable in his eyes.

the lights starting to flicker and wind blowing through the hospital. He effing doing ghost magic. Why?

"I could care less if your engaged, if you haven't noticed I was going to get married before this happened." he yelled. He calmed down after letting it all out the lights went back to normal and so did thw wind.

"Get lost!" I yelled.

"Why are you yelling at no one?" Jenny asked as she came in from behind me. I was so confused at what was happening. I need to go home and clear my head.

"Im going home, tell everyone I wasn't feeling good." I told her, I grabbed my keys and walked towards the exit.

"Wait at least have a coffee with me and you can go." Jenny yelled from behind me. How could I say no she was my best friend and I was getting coffee at least it would have cleared my head.

"Sure why not." I said and followed her out to my car. We both got in and drove off to Starbucks......again. Like I said before I love Starbucks.

when we got there I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappachino and we both sat down at a table. "So about today, are you okay? Cause people kept asking me if you're crazy." she said sipping her green tea frap.

"Yeah, im just out of it lately. I don't know I think im not feeling well." I replied, trying not to sound even more crazier than I did before. 

"What's your name doctor lady?" Dean asked from my side. Shit this guy can follow me? it felt as if a migraine was coming on.

"Chloe your zoned out again." Jenny retorted.  ugh today is not my day. That's when my phone started to buzz on the table and light up. I looked down and saw my caller ID; It was Joey. I picked up quickly. 

"Hey babe, what's up?" I said waiting for an answer from my loving fiance.

"nothing wondering when you'll be arriving home?" he asked sweetly.

"Actually im on my way home right now." I said grabbing my stuff off the table and quickly waving bye to Jenny and headed towards my van and got in.

in the next fifteen minutes I was home. Thank god Dean wasn't anywhere to be seen.

"Actually im right here." he said leaning against thw door frame giving me a small wave.

I rolled my eyes and unlocked the door. as soon as I stepped inside, I heard a loud bang and a sharp pain go through me. I touched were it was hurting and looked at my hands and I froze. It was blood.

done the second chapter made it pretty long trying not to miss out important details. hoped u enjoyed please do comment and vote ;)
