Don't Talk About It

Natsu Dragneel
My little sister, Wendy, is almost a legal doctor, so she was stitching Lucy up. Wendy would be a real doctor if not for her age. She is 13 after all. She didn't want to be in the family business (*ahem* supernatural *ahem* Sam Winchester)

"Natsu, be sure to clean her wound and change her bandages at least once a day. You have rubbing alcohol in your room, right?" I nodded. Wendy packed up her supplies and went to check on some other patients. Lucy was asleep. I guess people getting hurt wasn't an abnormal thing around here, but someone managing to break in undetected is.

"Natsu. We found Sting." I turned to the doorway and saw Gildarts standing there. I had ran passed him while I brought Lucy here. He went to do so research. He threw a file at me. It had Sting's information; address, phone number, email, and credit card information. A evil grin crept across my face. He hurt Lucy, and that is unforgivable.

"Thanks." Gildarts turned and walked away. I looked at the sleeping Lucy. Sting was definitely going to pay for what he did to her. I don't care why he did what he did, he will pay for it. Nobody tries to take my Lucy away from me.... did I just say that? I'm going to go die in a hole of embarrassment. Goodbye cruel world.

"Your face is so red!" I looked down and saw Lucy holding back tears of laughter. I turned to a mirror near by and I was shade of scarlet! HEY! SHE'S AWAKE! NOOOOOOOO~

"Don't you dare tell anyone about this!" I said 'angrily', but it came off as embarrassed.

"Everyone is going to hear about me being 'your Lucy' and what you would do if someone 'took my Lucy away'!" At this point she was hysterically laughing. I blushed even more and bellyflopped onto a empty bed next to her, trying to hide my face.

"How did you even know my exact words?! Are some kind of mind reader now too?!" She wiped the tears still on her face and turned to me with a serious expression.

"You said it all out loud, baka." She started laughing hysterically again. I hit my head on a pillow repeatedly.

"DONT YOU DARE TELL ANYONE!" Lucy shook her head 'no'.

"I'm going to immediately change the topic and ask about Sting. What did he want?" Lucy's face immediately changed into one of complete seriousness.

"In all honesty... I can't remember. I know that he had some sort of device that changed his appearance, specifically to you. But the rest is a blur." So they finally have that type of technology now. Great! Just great. Now we can trust nobody! Ugh, advancing technology and trust, who needs them!

"I think that the device is still on your bed. It should be in working order, but I have no idea how to activate it." Well at least we have something.

"I'm going to go tell Igneel and try to find Sting. I managed to shoot his leg, and he left a trail. You going to be ok alone, or would you like me to stay with you a little longer?" Instead of answering me, she moved her legs to the side of the bed and stood up.

"No no no no no. You are going to stay her and rest. This is not a option." I gently grabbed her shoulders and pushed her back into bed. She rolled her eyes and cutely pouted.... hole of embarrassment here I come once again!

"You are just the worst..." Lucy mumbled, but I still heard her. I stuck my tongue out at her and did the same. We really are children at heart.

"I'm fine with that, as long as you stay put. Don't make me have someone watch over you." She rolled her eyes and went back to sleep.

Gildarts was waiting for me in the hall. The door was closed, so I don't think he heard our conversation. We walked to my dad's office. It is going to feel great to finally hunt Sting down.
