yoongi was peacefully sleeping until the sounds of the birds chirpping woke him up.
he sat up and rubbed his eyes, fluttering them open and turning his attention to his side. his caregiver, jeongguk, was asleep in loud snores. a smile appeared on his face as he leaned down and poke jeongguk's cheek a multiple times. soon, the sleeping jeongguk was awoken by yoongi poking his cheek. jeongguk smiled back, "good morning, kitten.."
"good morning, daddy"

jeongguk carried yoongi downstairs, making his way towards the kitchen and carefully placing yoongi down on one of the stools, "stay here and don't move or you will not have candy after lunch" he warned the little boy, yoongi giggled as he nodded at his daddy's warning. he watched jeongguk walk to the stove and take out a frying pan out of a cabinet, he slides to the fridge with the help of his socks. (a/n: does it make sense? lmao). he opened the fridge and was in search for eggs, his eyes found the items he needed, he grabbed the eggs out and closes the fridge as he slides back to the stove.
while jeongguk decides to make pancakes and cook eggs, yoongi rested his chin on the counter. he was bored as heck, he didn't want to just sit and watch jeongguk cook breakfast, he wanted to do something.
he suddenly thought of an idea to get him out of the boring silence, he carefully and quietly hopped down the stool, trying not to make a single noise. he peeked behind the big counter, checking if jeongguk would notice him jumping down from the stool, he was still cooking when he checked. yoongi then tip-toed out of the kitchen in silent giggles, he quietly went to the living room and was greeted by holly sitting on the couch.
yoongi quietly clapped his hands as he still giggled, running to the couch and trying his best to sit on the couch. he comfortably sat down beside holly, his tail wagged and moved to yoongi's lap, resting and laying down on the little boy's lap. yoongi smiled and played with the dog, carressing and petting holly's fur.
he was too busy loving holly that he didn't realize that jeongguk was watching him, he cooed at how cute yoongi look in the morning. he immediately spoke, "didn't i told you to stay on the stool?" yoongi's eyes became wide, he glanced over jeongguk who was shaking his head. jeongguk walked up to the little boy, taking and placing holly beside him then he lifted up the little boy with the help of his strong arms,
"noo!" yoongi whined.
jeongguk walks back to the kitchen, "no candy"
tears started to blur yoongi's eyes, "b-but-"
"no butts, breakfast is ready and we are going to eat"
