Natsu came back after an hour or so. He seemed stressed. He was stressed before, but now it's clear and you'd have to be an idiot to not see it now. He almost seemed like a different person...... could he be.......?
He jumped onto the bed. He landed next to me with his head on my upper thigh. I flicked his head, to which he pinned me to the bed. Definitely not Natsu.
"I want you right now." Not Natsu said. What the hell is going on?!
"Get out..... or else....." I managed to choke out of my breathless state. His hands were still pinning my arms to the bed, his legs also pinned me down. I looked at his face, something wasn't right... he looked like Natsu. No plastic surgery could look this exact. I mean, it's just not possible!
"I'm not an idiot.... Who the hell are you and what do you want?!" This imposter looked at me with genuine surprise. Slowly his face held a smirk. He removed one of his hands from my arm and put his remaining hand to my neck.
"I was hoping to have a little more fun with you, but damn. Looks like you really are as good as the rumors say you are." The imposter started to pull some sort of necklace/chocker off himself. It looked high tech and expensive, AND WAY TOO ADVANCED TO BE IN TODAYS TECHNOLOGY. Suddenly a blonde haired man was sitting on top of me. He had a scar on his eyebrow.
"If you ask me, technology and dna altercations have really advanced." Ya don't say.... Probably some sort of futuristic device that takes the dna of a selected individual and temporally changes the user's appearance. I mean there was a cloning experiment done on a sheep, but that isn't shape shifting. He had an annoying grin on his idiotic face. I wanted to kick him where the sun doesn't shine, but his legs still pinned my own.
The man, named Sting (did you forget I'm Sherlock? If so, I'm disappointed in you), pulled a pill of some sort out of a container. Based on the shape and color, fast acting sleeping pill. He slowly brought it to my mouth. At this point he was on the edge of choking me.
"NATSU!" I managed to scream, but Sting took the time of me opening my mouth to shove the pill down my throat. Everything faded to black. All feeling disappeared. Darkness consumed my entire being.
We finally had a plan about my face. First we are going to remove the video from every platform, then we are going to talk to our police allies. Gramps made up a pretty convincing story about how the light made this guy's 'blonde hair' look pink. That pretty much eliminates one of my main noticeable features.
We all decided to do that for now and if the public needs more convincing, then we will go from there. I walked out of the meeting room and back to my room.
"NATSU!" That was Lucy!... Or some really loud cat...Elevator will take too long, stairs it is! I pretty much skipped 4 steps at a time. There wasn't anyone using the stairs so that's good I guess.
I ran into my hallway. I tried opening my door, but it was blocked from the inside. "LUCY!" No response. Damn it! I pulled out a gun from the waist band of my pants and shot the door off it's frame. There was a dresser blocking the door.
I kicked it down and saw it. Lucy, unconscious, over the shoulder of our main enemy, Sting. He turned to look at me. He made a run for whatever exit he came in from, but I managed to shoot him in the leg. I was aiming for a headshot, but with Lucy there it would be too much of a risk.
He dropped Lucy and she hit her head hard. There was a large cut on her forehead. There was already a pool of blood starting to form around her head. I ran to her. Sting took the chance and ran out of my door. He wasn't my top worry right now. Lucy cut herself and was losing blood.
"You're going to be alright. I'm here now." I soothes. I quickly picked her up and ran her to the medic. Sting appeared to be long gone, but left a blood trail. I'll get him back for this.
I ran Lucy to the medical room. She was curled up against my chest. I know I met her just a few days ago, but I don't think I could live with out her... damn emotions......
"Baka..." I looked down and saw Lucy struggling to open her eyes.
"Who are you calling a baka?!" I yelled. Lucy weakly raised her arm and flicked me on the shoulder. I never stopped running to the medical room, but Lucy was slightly distracting.
"Won't you just man up and say that you love~ me~" Lucy teased. I almost dropped her at that statement. My entire body was heating up... damn you Lucy. I wanted to retaliate, but we have other concerns.
~Sorry for the short chapter. I don't really have a lot to say in this end message, so have a lovely day❤️~
