A poem from Cupid's point of view.

*****

They call me baby wings

Those Olympic nasty bullies

Pinching my chubby cheeks

Thinking my arrows are lollies

I'm not a child I can be wild

My bow and arrows ain't so mild

They prick your butt and you're beguiled

Don't you believe their follies

With an arrow from my mighty bow

I made their parents, well, you know

It's not that easy to hook your beau

Sans the help of this roly-poly

I'm not gonna lie, I've wings of a fly

But the lousy rascals make me cry

My wings ain't hefty I testify

That's why I sport my brolly
